They are always friendly, understanding and accommodating.

We travel a lot. Our dogs are used to kennels but this place should be shut down. The one and only time we used this place our dogs came home so sick for days. I’ve never seen them so dehydrated and sick. I feel awful for taking them here. Our vet said to file a report with the BBB. I’m still in shock!

I had my dog Gigi groomed here and was PLEASANTLY surprised! They did a great job! Definitely am going back again ❤️????

They are negligent and abusive. They wash your bedding upon return because they don't take care of your dog and they get soiled. Don't use this facility if you have any other options. Further they are rude and confrontational. Do not recommend.

Dal Acres Kennel has been great! Very professional! They washed our dogs' blankets before we picked them up. Have NEVER had another kennel do that. We have a great dane and a little min pin and they both can't wait to get out of the truck and go inside when we pull up! They love it there! We will continue to use them!

Took my dogs here years ago and never brought them back. Seems as though they do not take them out at all. DO NOT GO HERE.

We boarded our dog at Dal Acres, this was the first time he was boarded. We had a great experience, highly recommend Dal Acres.

Worst grooming place. They probably ruined my Pomeranians hair forever. I asked for a medium length, they called me and said that the white one was biting and had tangled hair so they were going to have to cut his hair shorter, we agreed to leave it AT LEAST 2 inches long. When I picked them up they both looked like this. I am NEVER coming back to this place.

*See Update... DON'T TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. Staff did not do their job as requested. Poor management and customer service. Would give 0 stars if possible. When picking up the dogs from vacation their beds returned all soiled and smelling terribly. Probably my score won't affect the overall impact, but trust me, avoid this place if possible. Update: I am so happy to see how many upvotes my review had. They keep a score >4.0 stars because of fake 5.0 stars reviews. I feel so sorry to read about the most recent cases and to learn how their dogs were treated as well. I can't stop thinking what my dogs went through. Please, don't believe the score and AVOID this place, don't risk your pet's safety.

*Since they have now deleted their Facebook page, We decided to board our seven month old black lab from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. We told the employee, Darcy, that we wanted to pick her up Sunday and asked if that was an available option, as we do know that other boarding facilities are sometimes closed on Sunday. She said yes, but only from 4pm-6pm, so we agreed to pick up our dog during that time. At 4pm on Sunday, I called to give them a heads up that we were on our way to pick up our dog. The same woman, Darcy, did not sound pleased that we would be there in five minutes. When we arrived, she was extremely rude, and we were charged about $20 more than we were expecting. Turns out, there is an additional fee of $20 for picking up after 1pm, even though they are not available for pick up before that time on Sunday. This would have been no issue at all if she had simply told either my fiancé or I when speaking on the phone multiple times or when he had dropped her off. The facility reeked before you even stepped inside, and our dog smelled terribly. The real issue here though, is that once we were home and removed our dog's blanket and bed from the garbage bag that the employee had shoved them in, we found that the blanket and bed were completely soaked with urine. It was very obvious it had not been one single accident. And on top of that, the bed had two pieces of feces in it, with multiple stains. I called the kennel back, again speaking to Darcy, and asking why my dog's bed and blanket were soaked in urine and feces. To which I received the response: "Well you only gave me five minutes and then you were here." That is not the issue. This company should not need a "heads up" to make sure that the pets they are trusted with are cleaned up solely for them to be taken home. She did not even let us know in person that our dog had had an accident and we would need to clean the bed and blanket at home. And apparently did not even care enough to get all of the feces out of the bed. This now makes me wonder how often my dog was even let out, if at all. I am still waiting on a call from the owner at this time to discuss this matter further. Update: I called the kennel to discuss this issue with the owner, Kathy, who told me that if I didn’t like how my dog was treated, “then don’t bring her back here” and she hung up the phone on me. When I tried calling back, she sent my call to voicemail.

Great place that has always taken care of my dogs when I'm out of town. The people are very friendly and genuine. I have never had any issues and they have even taken my pups on short notice.

Best place ever! They are the only place that can do my chihuahuas nails!

This place is the best! My dog (55lbs husky mix) has extreme anxiety when it comes to grooming. They are always so patient and sweet to her and she comes home looking like a million bucks. We love Dal Acres!

I highly recommend Dal Acres. They are great with our dog. He comes home happy and healthy everytime. They are also very accommodating with drop off and pick ups.

Boarded my dog there for three days and she was as happy as she could be. No problema at all and she even ate her food while she was there and she never eats from a stranger. Highly recommended. Rates per day is very reasonable. Will leave her again for sure.

Full disclosure they are family friends but they also are always very caring and knowledgeable about my pets.

A great family owned, local business to board or groom your animals. They take great care of all my animals, every time they go. Very hard working, animal loving staff. They always go above and beyond to provide the best for your pets.
