Puppies went to the groomer . They came out smelling great and very soft. Have to pamper the pooches.

They have good information if you have a question and direct you to what it is you need. They were very helpful to me with picking the right dog food for my pit. I have made this the go to store for his food and snacks.

1st time going appointment switched because the person that I initially booked with had an emergency so they booked me with Emily and when we got there we witnessed her making a dog bleed by cutting the dog’s nails and that should’ve been the 1st sign???? we ended up leaving our dog to get groomed with Emily and no later than 15 minutes after we made it home she called saying how nervous our dog was and that she wouldn’t e able to give her a bath and insisted she just give her a nice brushing and reschedule her. Should’ve followed our 1st mind and booked with the Schaumburg location.

I made an appointment at the grooming salon in the South Elgin location. They were too busy to take my dog despite having an appointment and made me wait over 15 minutes just to speak to someone. When I spoke with the manager on duty she told me they could reschedule for the next day.

I needed a battery operated fish pump in case of power outage and they was the only place in the area that I could find one .

I have been coming here for almost a year and today they decided to do a thorough assessment of my dog that took 15 minutes making him extremely nervous. Despite the fact that he let them examine his nails and rub his belly without any resistance, they felt the need to argue with me about a policy that has never been enforced until today. They had no patience, and had very unrealistic expectations for a 1 year old dog and triggered behavior in him that I have never seen before. I would not recommend their grooming services, completely unprofessional.

Super nice staff, reptile and aquarium stock are better than expected. I only wish the ghost shrimp supply lasted as every time I ask it doesnt seem like they have any.

My little furry family is very content with PetSmart I have three cats and two dogs that have been going to PetSmart for 10 years to Banfield Clinic for their care great pet store awesome Clinic for your pets overall I just love this pet store

They were vert helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered online tonight at 7:50pm and it sent me a email saying I had to pick up tomorrow. Not 10 minutes later I get a email saying my order was ready for pick up. Thank you for the speedy online service.
