They treat your animals with love. Very professional. Love love Dr. Norton he's great with my Zoe . You need a great veterinarian this is where you need to go.

I don't usually write reviews, especially on Google. But I have to take some time to recognize Millie and Dr Brian Norton for their incredible service they provided for my dog. As with most pet owners, my dog is my absolute world, and the special care that those two took was unmatched. Until now, my dog has dreaded the vet's office, but after our last visit, he seemed excited to hop in the car. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!! 100000000 STARS!

Today is day 10 after surgery and Samuel's hernia is clearly back before he even got his botched stitches out. The cone they gave him was to big and they were aware of this before he even left the office after surgery. They said they didnt have a smaller cone... Now they are refusing to see him without me paying for an exam AGAIN. I brought up how I was going to higher a lawyer if the veterinarian could not stand behind his work and the lady at the front desk said she would talk to the doctor and call me back. She did call me back to tell me since I brought up a lawyer they will not be seeing him and hung up on me! I was very calm with these people the entire time I did not yell or cuss the lady out i voiced every concern I had to her. Bardens animal clinic has been my vet for YEARS! I've taken all my pets to them and this is how they treat their patients DO NOT USE BARDENS CLINIC IN LOWELL INDIANA! I have around a grand put into this cat within a month and they refuse to garentee their work!

Barden's is by far one of the best vet clinics I have been to. Everyone is super friendly, receptionists, vet techs, vets, everyone! They were very willing to work with my pup who is a little more on the aggressive side because of his blindness. They did a great job being kind and gentle with him so that he wouldn't be afraid. I drove from Chicago just to go to them, definitely worth it! Would definitely recommend!

Everyone there is always nice and super patient and understanding! Olivia is always patient with my dogs and make sure that they're comfortable with her before the get any shots or anything done! I would not take my dogs to anyone else!

Barden’s has always taken great care of my animals and I have no complaints. Also, I appreciate appointments vs. walk-in where the wait could be long. I highly recommend them.

I just had my dog neutered there. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is exceptionally clean. The doctor did a great job as my dog is healing very nicely.

Bardens is a great place to take your pet. They are all friendly and professional. Brian loves your animals like they were his own and all the staff are great.

We brought my cat in because he had a lump on his neck that had busted they gave us antibiotics and they treated the wound did what they could with what money we had. Said that putting him down wasnt necessary. They failed to mention that he had another lump/tumor on his tail and after we had asked about his teeth if they were okay they said nothing. His teeth are rotted so badly that he cant hardly eat not even wet food. I will never bring my animals back here. This cat belonged to my grandmother and means a lot to me and now because there are more problems that they didnt tell us about hes suffering.

I didn't know they looked after exotics until I saw the reviews. Thank god they do, because I almost had to drive over an hour someplace else when this was right in town for me! I had to bring in my hamster the same day for an appointment over a suspected UTI. I was able to get an appointment 2 hours later and he was checked over by the staff. Despite not displaying many signs, we decided on sending him home with antibiotics in case of any infection that was beginning. He's been a lot more active since starting the medication and I'm grateful they listened to my concerns and offered a precautionary route. The employees here are helpful and the prices are reasonable! I'm very grateful for their help and will be recommending them to friends and family with exotic pets in the area!

I'll never bring another animal back to them. I trusted them. Your supposed to trust a vet and know that they are supposed to be helping your pet ... My dog was the light of my life. They muzzled a sick dog and left him unattended. He was sick and you neglected him.you let him die.The doctor even called my boy a girl! I hope no one ever has to experience what I had too from you people. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.

I have been going to Bardens for a few years now and they always do a great job with my pets. They offer multiple suggestions or ideas on what the best treatment is when your pet isn’t feeling well. Prices are reasonable.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. They saved my dog's life and have been helping to keep him healthy for the last 3 years. The staff are supportive , he!pful and just plain nice.

I was at a loss of where to take my 9yr old Bichon, that was obviously in a great deal of pain from his back. My neighbor suggested Bardens. I cry when I take my 4 legged family member to get groomed, so I was very nervous. I HIGHLY recommend them, as they were compassionate, quick to get my buddy in, GENUINE with me, wonderful with my baby boy, quick to assess his problem & send us home with medication, and the pricing was absolutely with reason. The staff was AMAZING! Thank you, soooo much for being you! ( I’d have a house full of animals, if I worked for a vet, so you are appreciated!)♥️

We have been going to Bardens for 48 years with everyone of our pets. Dr Norton is our Vet now and we have always been happy with him. He will give you time to ask any and all questions. He will give you the options, when treatment or medication is needed and is not pushy, and let's you decide. Dr. Norton's wife, Mille, who is the office manager, is friendly and accommodating, as well as the whole staff. They are all very compassionate and helpful and want the best for you and your pet! I highly recommend them.

I love the curbside service! The staff are extremely friendly and really go out of their way to make things easy for you. They love Olive. I am glad we found them.

They explain findings, medications, treatments that are needed if they arise. We highly recommend Bardens for the care of your beloved pet(s).

Our pets have been patients of Barden's for over 10 years. Dr Norton, the staff, and other Vets in the office are amazing. Their love for all animals show in their care, experience, and knowledge. The office is very clean and inviting. Because of COVID, the office is only open to our pets right now. Staff come to the door and lead the pets inside while owners wait outside or in their vehicle. I have, and do, recommend Barden's Animal Clinic to family and friends.

They are awesome, I had to put my Dakota down last November due to Cancer. They let me stay with him, and hold him.. then stay for awhile afterwards.. with him.. they are very caring when it comes to you and your animals! I would highly recommend them..
