This place has great service and staff, I got my Bunny there when he was 2 months and now he's is going to be 9 months the staff we very educated and helped me, I'm planing to get onther bunny and I would love to go back and get one from there ????

I like that they carry high quality food that isn't available at many other stores locally.

I got a bunny and his healthier than ever, I got him at 2 months old and now his Turning nine months, I can't believe all the memories I have with him.

Great place to adopt!!! They take really good care of their animals and the cages are ALWAYS clean!!! Great prices and amazing staff!!! They're always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!!!

First time in and absolutely amazing experience. Staff is great, very helpful, I didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped me but saying she was amazing would be a understatement. They have wide variety for any pet owner. Definitely will be returning many times. I purchased 2 arachnids as I have a wide variety already and was very happy to see how well cared for and the great condition these tarantulas were in. I’m super excited to have both these species now in my arachnid room! What shocked me most was seeing these 2 species locally. Not a common thing to see.

Do NOT adopt from here. They sell animals that are sick with worms.

you can get a pet from here, but be warned, the pet will likely be riddled with worms.

Nice place to visit and get your dog supplies and other things. The young people that work at critters are so very nice.

I was out of dog food and drove 30 minutes to Critters Pet Shop after checking their website for their Mon- Fri hours of operation which were listed as 10am- 8pm. I attempted to enter the store at 6:15 pm, but the door was locked. 3 employees stared at me from different locations in the store and then looked away ignoring me. I rapped and rapped on the door. Again, the employees looked at me but chose to look away again. I stood there knocking loudly to get anybody to acknowledge me. Finally a young man came to the door. I told him I drove a long way to Critters as I showed him on my phone that the store’s web site indicates the store is supposed to be open until 8pm. He said sorry the owner didn’t update the website but we’re closed and turned his back. Employees should not look up at customers knocking on their door and repeatedly ignore them in spite of numerous attempts to get their attention. Proprietors should not list that they’re open on their web site when they are actually closed causing customers to waste time & gas driving across suburbs to their store.

It's a nice small pet shop.

I will only be buying my animals from them going forward no joke. Ive had the healthiest animals from them. Every other pet shop ive been too because it was closer i end up with super sick animals with all sorts of issues. They love animals here and truly take great care of them!

The owner helped us with our purchase. She was absolutely wonderful and you can tell how much she really cares and loves for the animals. She also does adoptions out of the shop. We drove 45 minutes for our specific need and it was completely worth it just dealing with her.

they give a home to pets in need, they are not a mill. what they do is so amazing

Very nice people and quite the community little shop. Selection isn't great and prices are a bit more than i like to pay but do love the small town feel.

We visit here monthly. We often get our Guinea pigs nails trimmed and we got our newest 4 legged friend from Critters! ????????
