Update to my review below: I'm thoroughly impressed with how fast the Office Manager rectified the situation. They honored the prices that were found online and that I was originally quoted with over the phone. They also apologized for the confusion. Thank you for honoring your original prices and for doing the right thing. Time will tell with vet care. This review is based solely on their business practices. We brought in our 2 Chihuahuas for a wellness exam and to join their wellness plan for both of our dogs. When I originally called at the beginning of this month (before bringing our fur babies in) we were quoted $39.95 for basic, $59.95 for complete, plus an additional $7 per month for 1 year of proheart heartworm prevention per dog. I knew there was a one time registration fee for each dog of $50, which we understood and had no problem with that at all. However, after my husband took our chihuahuas in for their wellness appointment today, we were unexpectedly charged a higher cost per month for their dog wellness plans that we were not prepared for, nor originally quoted ($58 for basic for one dog - which includes the proheart heartworm prevention ($48 for basic plan, plus $10 for proheart) and $82/month for our other dog for the complete plan ($72/month for the complete plan, plus an additional $10 for proheart) - both prices were well over what we were originally quoted on the phone. Also worth mentioning, the wellness plan cost breakdown that is still currently listed online, matched what we were originally told on the phone (39.95 for basic, $59.95 for complete and an additional $7 per month for proheart heartworm prevention) and is still currently active on their website. When I contacted them twice today after our dogs appointment and asked them to explain the receipt and sudden change in prices, the front office staff did not seem to know what was going on. Instead I was told that "costs have gone up and we just haven't had time to update our website." Not a good enough excuse when I feel we were baited and then price tactics were switched on us at the last minute. While I can appreciate the costs going up for good vet care, it would have been nice to have that information available ahead of time so that you're not being forced to make a split second decision in the parking lot while your dogs are being cared for inside. Had we known ahead of time their prices were increasing that much, we would have gone with another vet.

Dr. Kristy was very courteous and took all the time I needed to help me fully understand all these new things to me about my 4 month old puppy so I really liked her very positive attitude. Nice work.

The vets and staff are amazing

We have been coming here for a very long time and absolutely love the staff here. After all, the staff and vets are what make this place amazing. Their love and support for the animals is amazing and we couldn’t imagine trusting our pets health with anyone else other than the staff at Animal Care Clinic of Randall Pointe! If you’re in need of a local vet, and want to make sure your furry friends are getting top of the line service without breaking the bank… this is the place to go! Thank you for all you do!!

I have recently changed my vet service to Randall Pointe. Although it is a longer commute from my local veterinarian service it is totally worth it! They have made me and my dog feel comfortable and I know that my furbaby is in the best hands when she is with them. We have some newly diagnosed issues with my dog and Animal Care Clinic of Randall Pointe has gone above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met. I will continue to use their services for years to come! If you are on the fence as to where to take your animal for care do not hesitate to make an appointment with them. 5 star service. A+. A sincere thank you to Dr. Niki and Dr. Kristi for taking care of my super senior cat, Nikki. Both were very responsive and respectful to my every wish towards the end of his life. They did the best to keep him comfortable and treat him when things popped up. They even called me to check in on him after being seen for something in the office. I can not thank both of these doctors enough for all they did for my fur baby. He passed away on 10/12/21 after a long life of 20 years. Thank you to all the staff at the front desk as well. Soon

We had a great experience at Animal Care Clinic. Our dog was suffering from severe allergies. The doctor and staff took the time to listen to her symptoms and developed a treatment plan just for her. Everyone at the clinic is respectful to the pets and family members.

Had my 6 month puppy neutered here and the staff was very kind and helpful over the phone. They made me feel safe and comfortable leaving my puppy in their hands. The surgery went well, no cone was needed, very fast healing on my puppy. They called the day after to make sure evertything was fine. I like the warm and kind service offered. Only downside is that due to covid they are still doing curbside pick ups and won't allow you to go in with your pet for vaccines or check ups.

Over the years they've done a very good job caring for our pets. When service hasn't met my expectations, Dr. Andrea personally reached out to see what they could do better to improve my experience, which speaks to their level of commitment. Dr. Marissa and Dr. Wesley are both very knowledgeable and have done a very great job at taking care of my dogs and answering my questions.

As always professionals to a T! Even during construction mess everything went smooth as silk highly recommend!!!

I am a new client who was referred by a friend after extreme frustration from my previous vet's apathy and negligence of response. Dr Kristy was kind, caring and very thorough. I felt listened to and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything. My pet's best interest was first and foremost.

Love them here. Dr. Andrea took such good care of my dog before, during and after major surgery. She was very thorough with explaining the process and recovery. Dr. Andrea made me feel very at ease. Thank you!

So glad this Wonderful facility is open on Sunday! As we all know, a lot can happen to our beloved fur babies on a weekend! We called them like 10:30am & they gave us an appt for 11:45! The Dr who saw our beagle was very professional & gave her a thorough examination, fluids since she was dehydrated, and a shot to calm her stomach! They are so kind, not only to the patient but to their worried parents too! Prices are very fair as well, even though money is not an object when it comes to our baby’s health!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping her!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! GREAT STAFF! GREAT VETS! REASONABLE PRICES! I have been coming to this clinic with my purebred Pitbull and not only does the staff make the vet visits for Cookie a GREAT experience but they make it a better experience for myself. Anytime we come for regular check ups we usually get the same vet every time but once and a while they are all booked up so any vet here does a lovely job with my dog. And every vet has all the prior notes so they always know what is going on during that appointment ! During curbside appointments they always reassure me she will be okay without me. Recently she had her bilateral ACL surgery done and I am beyond happy with my experience not only with Dr. Andrea whom performed the surgery but as well the entire staff because they always make Cookie feel safe. Her recovery has been AMAZING! And anytime we need cold laser or a refill on medication, they always get it done so efficiently.

We have taking our puppy for the last two months and have had a great experience.

This isn't my usual vet for my pets but I would definitely come back. I just adopted a puppy that needed to be fixed. The adoption agency and the foster family told me that my puppy had a scheduled neuter appointment Aug 2 @ 7am and that it was very important to make that appointment at this vet location. When I showed up, records show that my puppy had no future appointments but had been seen by the foster before and instead of having me to come back in, they took him in right away and it was very quick and convenient. I did not expect such great service because they did seem very busy at the time. The surgery went well and my puppy is healing great. Their staff is amazing and I'm considering transferring my pets here in the future!

My family dogs always went here so when I got my own dogs 13 years ago, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve never had an issue getting my pups in as soon as possible and they are always accommodating for any emergency. Which is always assuring since the worst thing to hear during an emergency is “sorry, we don’t have any appointments for today”. When one of my babies crossed the rainbow bridge in February, the receptionists, techs, and doctors were so kind, helpful, and respectful in the weeks leading up to and the day of. They didn’t rush me even though I picked the very last time slot right before they were closing. Even Dr. Kristi shed a tear and put her hand on my shoulder and made me feel completely supported. The card she wrote was such a generous thing to do as well. It’s no surprise that I was a nervous wreck when it came time to schedule my other baby for a dental cleaning and teeth removal. I was so scared to lose him unexpectedly during anesthesia. Linda was so helpful at the time of drop off, answered all of my questions and understood my concerns. The doctor called me twice during surgery to go over his progress and reassure me that he was doing great. His immediate speedy recovery is all owed to the great staff here. Their prices are fair as well. I usually go with any package they offer since it really is the most worth it. Overall, I’ve been coming here since we moved to area over 20 years ago and will continue to so. I’ve come into contact with each doctor and they’re all wonderful. From routine check ups, vaccines, eye removal, loss, and teeth removals, I only trust Animal Care Clinic for my fur babies.

The entire staff is great! They take great care of Frank, Harold, and Ray Charles. Everyone is friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure my cats are well taken care of. It doesn’t matter what doctor you see, they are all awesome!

They took really good care of my dog from the original initial visit till the end of the surgery and recovery. Very happy with my choice of doctors for this procedure.

Wow! What an awesome experience for our first visit. We had to find a vet ASAP to help our Ivy girl and her paw. They were able to get us in the same day and took care of Ivy as if she was their own. Dr. Kristi called when the procedure was finished and gave us a detailed description of what she had done. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and taking care of our Ivy girl! I highly recommend Animal Care Clinic of Randall Pointe.
