I usually visit Petsmart for my aquatic friends supplies, always good deals and friendly service.

I'm just gonna say it. More like dogmentin.

They always, ALWAYS seem to charge you full price at the cashier whenever there’s a sale. You have point out the sale EVERY TIME before they’ll adjust the price. It’s like they’re hoping you don’t notice. What kind of scummy company practice is that?

Took my dog in today for a bath and brush! Was greeted by Larissa! She did such an amazing job with our Dog Midnight! She assured us with every detail and recommend hempz package for midnight since she has lots of dandruff! She did just that and told her she would be ready within 1hr and 30 minutes! And she was right we was done by then her time management is exquisite!!! She not only made her smell. Good but midnight coat was looking brand new when she was just a pup! I recommend Larissa not only is she a new bather at this location! From getting to know her she works as a vet assistant elsewhere which pretty much tells me she has experience with dogs/ cats! She’s looking to be a future cat groomer!!! Will book with her again!

They didn't have my cats food. But above everything else they were really nice, and the store was very clean. Will be returning.

Transferred to the location in Skokie because of the great care my fur baby receives from Shayna. She's amazing and my fur baby loves her. She's been grooming him for a while. The salon is very nice and service is great. I highly recommend.

Very impressed with the grooming!! I brought in my 2 shitzus and both looked great when I picked them up. They gave me 20% off each dog. Making the appointment was no hassle. We shall be back.

My Catahoula leopard loves the Purina dog chow with lamb and PetSmart is the only store I found that carries it. I will be very disappointed if they dropped it

I love this place friendly staff always helpful and they help me load my car I usually buy in bulk and the manager sets it all up for me to make sure it fits my time frame and happens when needed in case of emergency

Attention everyone! The grooming department is hiring! Why you ask? Well, because clearly their groomers don’t want to work, that’s why! Beyond disappointed and frustrated that they refused to groom my dog today on Sund. They went above and beyond to get out of it! Good job team, keep up the good work! I will not longer shop there anymore either!

I called for changing Banfield hospital from Schaumberg cause it’s too far from my home. And one of staff was very rude and mean. She just said that just go to original location even that’s far which is not make sense. It was horrible experience to talk with her.

Too busy. Long lines. Need more cashiers.

A wonderful young man named Konrad was helping me to choose the aquatic plants for my Nerite Snails, and he was my blessing from God. Shalom.

Shayna previously worked at the Glenview location. She is a very caring and wonderful person and groomer. Finally, management at Petsmart realized this and promoted her to manager of the Skokie salon. We were sad to see her go but happy for her. Rather than to take our family member Lulu to the Glenview salon we drove 18 miles Roundtrip so Shayna could take take of our pet. She did a great job! We will continue to visit the Skokie location.

Had what I needed to feed my daughters bunny

**Warning!! Your pet might die if you depend on this place** I've been coming here for over a year since it's the only place in store I can pick up my prescription dog food. Never had a problem but all of a sudden they refused to let me buy it despite the fact that it showed on file I had a valid unexpired prescription(with the screen facing me and showing this). Then out of nowhere this other cashier decides to say we aren't allowed to buy it because that's not what they do. They eventually let me buy it because they knew they were wrong but they told me I'm not allowed to buy it anymore. My dogs prescription food that they need to live. Be careful with this place because if you depend on it for your prescription food you might run into this same problem and your pet could die. I'd say avoid at all costs

Skokie store, grooming salon. Daniel is fantastic! He took his time introducing himself to my collie mix dog, and seemed to genuinely enjoy her. She looked amazing when I picked her up: very neat and clean trim around her paws and sanitary, nails nicely smoothed with the dremmel. It was obvious he got tons of old loose hair off of her, esp in her hindquarters. She was fluffy and soft and happy and very well groomed. He did an excellent job. 2nd visit to this salon and both were great experiences with different groomers. Highly recommend!

Had to get a refund because the item I purchased had a sale sticker but was ringing up regular price.

Brickyard. Very knowledgeable and attnentive. Maureen was very helpful and informative. attentiveness. Bought A bearded dragon today. Son super happy.

Friendly staff, good selection, convenient parking.

Not much to say, because of I was with someone else , who wanted to do shopping there .

They are excellent at trimming and grinding down my dog's nails.

I have a feline fur baby and as we know the kitties are the finiky babies, I have had some very useful suggestions that have worked and ...well my girl Adele laughs at me.

My experience here was very mediocre and the woman named kristy was no help to me at all.
