We have been customers for years. My dog, Bella, loves Dr. Ashley! Dr. Ashley made Bella feel comfortable and taken care of. My husband and I felt this complete peace of mind knowing she is was good hands! Thank you for taking care of our furry baby. We love the team!! We highly recommend this vet!

My very old and sick cat was suffering badly and my regular vet was out of town, so I had to look for another vet to put him to sleep. After making several phone calls to different places, I found Glen Oak, which was willing to take my cat. My cat ended up dying after I made an appointment, but I still took his body there to make an arrangement for cremation, and the entire staff was very kind, considerate, and professional. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

Dr Ashley is awesome, but the whole staff is so bad. My dog wasn’t given the right shots, the communication is always very poor. When you get there, be prepared to wait at least 30min past your appointment time, but if you call to let them know you are running 5min late they cancel your appointment. The staff is horrible. We gave up using them, even though Dr Ashley is wonderful, the stress that everyone caused EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. was not worth it.

We saw TWO vets before we (Bugs my cat&me) went to Glen Oak hospital and they did NOTHING except take money..ONE visit here and I can NOT put into words just how much they actually CARE about the pets the treat..this place is AMAZING and,if you really care about yours ..THIS is the place to go! The staff are engaging..kind and HONESTLY CARE!! I will NEVER trust any one but here again! THANK YOU for my heart!!

Over 40 years, all my dogs have been cared for by Glen Oak. From puppy to just shy of 21, my dogs have had amazing care!

The staff here made one of the worst days of my life a much more peaceful thing than I thought. They have great people service and while my Chief is gone now I'll forever be grateful for the way they helped him move on to a better place. I cant recall the name of the lady who was in the room with us when Chief passed but I would like to thank her a million times over for the kind words she had and the reassurance she gave us in this terrible time.

Have brought all my dogs there since 1982. Staff is great and you can tell they have your pets best interest at heart. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

I have been a client since 1979. Dr. Rossman is an excellent veterinarian. Dr. Ashley and Dr. Kopec also very good!

I have been coming here for over 10 years, seeing Dr. Kopec. She is truly the best of the best. Knowledgeable and kind. The staff is awesome! Beyond helpful and friendly! Extra thanks to Monika.. you are wonderful. Thank you all for everything you do! You truly are a great group.Highly recommend.

Found a kitten in the road and took her here, they were able to squeeze me in their full schedule, gave me food, vitamins, etc with instructions to help her possibly survive, she was a very sick tiny kitten. Elsie, kitten, didn't make it. ???? Received a sympathy card from the staff

Separate waiting areas for dogs and cats which makes it more pleasant for the cats.

We saw both Dr. Grossmans for our pit bull who has a lot of allergies and the occasion GI issue. Very thorough and informative. The clinic is a little bit older, but we don't choose a vet based on the facilities. It's not to say that it's run down, it's not. But it's also not new. The reason we have both our dogs visit Glen Oak is because the Dr's are good and the prices are also very reasonable. They don't just charge whatever they want and try to take advantage of unknowing pet owners.

My dogs are the patients of Dr. Anna Kopec. She is a wonderful doctor, honestly, a credit to her profession. Not only is she compassionate and gentle with pets, but she is also extremely knowledgeable. My dog, lily, went under her care soon after CHF diagnosis. Dr. Kopec prescribed her variety of drugs and provided me with detailed instructions on how to proceed in order to extend lily’s life. I did tons of research on my own and I am telling you, she perscribed exactly what was needed and not one unecessary drug! She is soft spoken and kind of quiet but don’t let it fool you, that’s a really good doctor right there. I drive all the way from downtown because I have not yet found a doctor that would be as good as her. I don’t know if it is the intelligence or a talent but Dr. Kopec has “it.” Something that makes one better than others in their profession.

This review is only for ONE doctor in this clinic. Her name is Dr Anna Kopec. She is truly amazing, caring and knowledgeable. I recommended her to many fury parents in the past. She never dissapoints! I've been her client for almost 13 years now. I have three dogs. We have a long history and I could write examples of how wonderful she is on the next 10 pages. Thank you Dr Kopeć for taking care of our family!

Been my go to vet for 20+ years. Everyone that works here is nice and great with all my animals. Have taken dogs and cats here. Couldn't ask for more

Dr. Rossman is an amazing vet! He is great at diagnosing your pet with whatever ailment they have and he is so loving and towards your pet when you are in his care.

I have been bringing my cats to Dr Kopec for many years. I discovered her when I had my first cat and am now on my third. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable, caring, and honest she is. She always provides options to keep costs reasonable (such as doing IV fluids myself if needed long term). The whole staff is friendly and caring. It is not hard to get an appointment on short notice. I also like that there are two separate waiting rooms to keep dogs and cats apart.

Everyone I've talked to here has been extremely friendly and patient with both me and my kitten.

I have been taking my Airedales to Dr Rossman for a long time. I have never been disappointed! ????????????
