So we adopted our beautiful kitten a few months back. I am super thankful they held her for a week till we moved into our apartment because she is BEYOND perfect. I am also very thankful for the staff member who absolutely adored her as well because she's the one who helped us decide to adopt our sunshine . I saw a few comments about the man who I assume is the owner being cold .. we had them same expirence when we picked up our kitten . He did not seem to be bothered when we spoke to him .. so I wanted to come on here and say a big thank you to the staff . They are the reason this place is still in business .. the owner should take notes from them !!!

We got our little lovie from here and we couldn't be happier. We got the puppy package as well and that was everything we needed and the girls were very helpful.

We love this place just a awesome environment and atmosphere! We just bought our bernadoodle from here and he is perfect! Thank you to all who help us at king Neptune we have a perfect addition to our family. If your looking for a new addition to the family king Neptune is the place to go!!!

Went for a slice of pizza next door, ended up walking into Neptune's and fell in love with our mini goldendoodle that we named Cooper. Everyone was extremely nice and place was very well maintained.

I purchased my puppy from here and I couldn't be happier. I visited several times before purchasing and each time they were very helpful and friendly. It's a very calm setting and the puppies are well taken care of. The employees give each puppy individual attention and are very nurturing to each one. My puppy came with 1 free grooming visit and 1 free vet visit. They sent him home with many goodies as well.

I love king Neptune's! My kids and I would go in there weekly to visit and pet the puppies until one day we fell in love with one! Hes 2 now and literally the sweetest thing ever! 4lbs of pure snuggle! We had a great experience here and still go back to see new puppies!

I bought my Cockalier from here a couple of weeks ago. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I came in multiple times to visit the puppy I was interested in. They had no problems with me bringing in my dog to see how he would get along with the new puppy

Owner obviously has poor customer service skills or dosent like minorities. Went into this establishment with my wife and two little sons looking for a family pet. There was an older looking man at the register trying to look busy when he saw us walk up to the door. We walked in he looked right at us and said nothing. The kids went to the pups and were very excited as they should be. My wife was having her awww moment then she realized that this guy hasn't said one word to us at all. I said yes I too noticed that but he just kept looking out the corner of his eye. He made me feel very uncomfortable. He was obviously passing judgement on me and my family ..side note....I work everyday have a six figure income and could have purchased any one of those dogs in there cash... I had about $3,000 on me that day looking to purchase a pure breed GSD pup. Plus a credit card with a clear credit line. I didnt like the guys demeanor at all so I told my boys let's go they said I thought we were getting a puppy I said we are...just not from here and started walking towards the door. I looked at him all the way from the back to the front door he looked up at me as i crossed the threshold and said have a good day. I was about to turn around and go back in there and say something to him but decided hes not worth my time and i can hurt him more financially by going else where. People like that should not be in that type of business I wish him all the bad luck in the world... I look forward to seeing a laundromat in that same location in the near future.

If this is the same place, horrible return policy. Wouldn't take a dog back after just a day and a half.

Good selection of pet supplies. Don't pet the puppies unless you are going to take one home, they steal your heart!

I've been looking around different pet stores to find another addition to the family, this place has amazing prices and cover all the first year vet work, spaying or neutering and a first groom! Most stores don't cover that and still cost more! Pups are very well taken care and love all the staff and customers!

I’m only a kid but I grew up with dogs my whole life. I have a big heart when it comes to domesticated animals and I can tell these dogs are not being treated right. The owner was nice years ago when we bought our one boxer Bella. Now he is a money hungry Dude . I can’t stand that this man treats these dogs that way. I know from experience that the dogs are not being fed on a daily basis and that their medical needs are not being met. I hope all the other people that love animals as much as I do agree, someone needs to do something about this.
