They showed real concern about my pet. Followed the program the Doctor recommended, and now my pet is back to normal.

This was my first visit with my dog to this hospital. They were able to make an appointment and see my dog the same day. Everyone was very nice and professional. They treated me with respect, genuine interest on what the issues were without judgement and even offered possible reasons for why and how my dog got sick. I left with meds and a plan to get my dog healthy again. Thank to everyone at the hospital for treating my dog and me with true concern and compassion.

They were very attentive to my daughter's 17 year old chihuahua, Moco, that was in severe respiratory distress and unresponsive when she came home from her job during lunch. They allowed us to bring her in right away and they did all they could for her. The doctors and staff are very friendly and helped us in this time of great need. We thank them so much.

I rate 0 stars, but it won't let me post without some stars. We had a 2:30 appointment to euthanize our dog, and no one came out until 3:45. Having a dog put to sleep is an extremely sad and stressful experience, and they had us wait over 45 minutes. This is a level of cruelty I have NEVER encountered. Then, the vet says he won't put our dog to sleep because WE weren't working with them. Seriously. The total lack of empathy and disregard for professionalism has been unparalleled in my experience. Our experience was horrific.

Thank you for showing us complete support and compassion in our time of need. Even though we had to put our fur baby down I appreciate the staff's care in our time of distress. Ginger and family

Very clean! Trust worthy staff

I was not sure if I had a pawmergency or just a minor pawblem. I am glad they do whatever they can to fit in an appointment. This level of care makes it possible to sleep better at night when your dog is old and a bit creaky.

Dr. Tells you 5 things that might be wrong. Let's you guess which is the best course of action. I'm not a fkn Dr.

First time visit for my cat Malinda. She was treated for an upper respiratory infection with such care and respect. The facility is spotless clean and modern. My Malinda is doing great, I will only come here for vet care from now on.

Awesome customer service from the receptionist to the vet assistant to the the vet doc himself. Was able to get a same day appointment due to a cancelation. Will continued to bring my dogs again.

They were vary good with my new 6 year old baby. I never took her to a vet but they got her in and all fixed up. I love they didnt judge her breed either.

Have come here for years without a problem, curbside drop off went smoothly last year. This year I tried to go to my scheduled appointment, checked in on the phone, and was told to wait for a tech to come get us. Waited out in my car for nearly an hour and not a single person checked on us. Saw people that pulled in after me get brought in within 10 minutes. Called and said I was leaving, staff didn't care.

Our cat needed a check up and shots, she is one who normally doesn't like the vet. This trip though was a dream, they took care of us! Each room is sprayed down with pheromones to mask the smell of any previous pets which helped tremendously for my scardy cat! Also the tech and doc were super friendly and caring! They helped us figure out why our kitty was acting up and formulated a plan to help her get better! We will go back for all our pets to Lockport Animal Hospital!

Great experience with my nervous dog

I had to put my pup Brutus down today. Both Dr. Joe's are wonderful vets. The staff are so caring and helped me get through this..thank you so much for being such caring people.

Terrible and Expensive! Waited over an hour in my car for a simple vaccination and nails for my dog. As always when I arrive there's always an issue, emergency something every time. Called and asked if they forgot about me and still they had no idea when they can even get my dog in...forget it! Just left and wont be back!

Mallory and Dr. Caffarini went above and beyond to help with a very difficult and emotional situation when a loved dog had to be euthanized. The entire staff was wonderful. I know you were extremely busy and yet you squeezed us in at the end of the day. Thank you.

It's been going here for years before they opened new location and became a cooperation. I am forced and sadly have to change veterinarians due to their extremely high increased prices on all their servicesIt's very sad as I was a customer for the last 7 to 8 years what time is it

We recently moved to Lockport from the city and are so thankful to have found Lockport Animal Hospital. Our pet Chandler came in with some underlying conditions and was near the end. Dr. Demoor provided clear guidance on what was happening and an updated diagnosis, outstanding counsel on end of life decisions, and ultimately helped our pet/family find peace with dignity and without pain. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I love this place. Their so good to my pets and just really nice people.

I brought a newly acquired puppy in for vaccinations and vet check for airline travel. We were able to get an appointment squeezed in when no one else would. Under covid precautions, we called as soon as we arrived in the parking lot . Our dog was taken back as soon as they were available. It was a bit of a wait, but as the lot was busy, we knew staff was busy. They called each time they had a question, so I never felt that I didn't know what was going on. As our pup was barely leash familiar, he wasn't the best to walk off with staff. However, the staff was patient and kind, and he eventually went with them. If I lived in the state, I would definitely return to this clinic!!

I was pet sitting a friends dog who had unfortunately developed a skin rash. I was a bit nervous to take someone else’s dog into the vet. She have been in better hands! The staff was very friendly, quick, and caring. You could tell they were very busy that day, but they picked up my furry friend from the car and dropped her back off in no time at all. The doctor was very good, he explained the options, didn’t push anything that was unnecessary, and ultimately gave us the best outcome possible in my opinion. I was very relieved to know Miss Ava was so well taken care of. I’d take any of my pets here gladly!

Really the only thing I can say negative about the place is currently you wait in your car and call to let them know you are there, which is typical, they come and get your pet, but you do not get to go in with them. I would rather be by my pet's side during an examination or vaccination.
