PetSmart Schaumburg, Illinois

We do all our multiple pet shopping here. Tonight, exhaustion due to sick family members, and in a hurry and dark, I left my planner/wallet in the cart. Got home and panicked. Called and talked to “Employee” (name withheld for privacy) who ran out into the parking lot and found my planner and secured it. You could say, that is his job. I say, it was the prompt reaction and consoling attitude in which he acted that made a human difference. Class act.

It was quite hard to find an employee to help us, but I'm glad my wife knows her way around the store very well. Our bullmastiff had a blast of course, but I think I might be using a different PetSmart rather than this one

Some employees need to either quit or get fired, seems like they are miserable being at work.

No cat food on shelves, they said may be that way for awhile.

Fun store to go to has just about everything you need for your pets!

I shop here often.. And when I have a situation and need help... Good people, always willing to help me..

Highly recommend the groomer! They were a lifesaver taking my cats last minute for a nail trim. I was frazzled because one of the cats went bathroom in the carrier and I was late for the appt. But they were kind about it and took them anyway. Brittany was gentle and made my cats and I feel better.

Just picked up a puppy from a shelter. This is my first dog. I walked into the store not knowing what to purchase. Along came Emily who was very helpful and patient with me. Great shopping experience.

I love them, they take really good care of my dog every time. And they also give me the best advice and tips.

The store is clean inside and outside. The employees are helpful as much as they can be. Prices are a bit high but all in all, one of the better Petsmarts in the area.

I went there to get litter for my cats and stopped by the pet adoption area to look at the kitties up for adoption. I was shocked to see most of the cats in the cages were wheezing with some type of upper respiratory infection. One of the cats - the only boy - had his eyes almost completely crusted shut with infection, leaking and swollen to where we wouldn’t even see his eyes at all. Why are these sick cats up for adoption? I thought they usually nursed them back to health before putting them up. Really wrong and gross. Schaumburg Petsmart on Barrington Road

Ordered pet food for my pet dog. Went to pick up food at 8:35 pm. A sign written by marker says "store close early due to severe weather," barely raining outside. Approached door with employees still inside, they came by door. I explained that I just need to pick up order made online but they refused and says store closed.

I really appreciate Store manager Jessica. She is so helpful and has no problem going that extra mile to help a customer out with any problem. Her staff is great from Nick , Kayla and Janice Thank You all for your hard work.

This is a great store! All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve taken dog training classes with Lauren T. for years. She is a great trainer! When my son adopted a dog in May, he moved back home so that he could take classes with Lauren. I highly recommend this store and especially the dog training classes.

Adopted another cat, too cute!

Took my dog who is usually pretty anxious in new places for grooming and it turned out great! The groomer Caitlin made my pup feel really comfortable immediately and he left the appointment feeling and looking great!
