My experience with the Schaumburg store was over the phone. Sri & KT were quite helpful as I was looking for an aquarium stand. They were patient as I described what I wanted. I ended up ordering online since I live in NC and it is a Christmas gift. Thanks guys!

Feeder fish for my turles. Some pet shop don't carry small feeder fishes like Petco does.

Nice store, but hard to find help.

Probably the cleanest petco I've ever been in to be honest... anyway, I just went to check on their fish section tho I ended up getting some ember tetras as well two Corycats. (The lady who helped me and my brother was super nice! Would definitely be back)

They have such a nice selection of animal companions, as well as accessories, housing, food, and snacks. Went to get a hamster today and Austin (I think that was his name, might be wrong. If I am, sorry) was super friendly. And the manager was also very friendly and she told me the hamster I was looking at was friendly and just needed some bonding and to be handled more often. I always look forward to coming here for my pet needs.

Well stocked Petco and clean, I would have given it 5 stars, if staff was more attentive.

Never wrote a review but decided to for these guys. Went looking for a crate for a large pup and they helped me, sold me the display model since they were out of stock, carried it to the car. Super friendly, super helpful, and even though it’s a bit out of the way I’ll be going here for pet stuff going forward. They also sent me out with a little treat bag for my dog who absolutely loves them. She’s a big fan now.

Very good customer service and when an item was not available on the counter rack, an employee went to the back to retrieve the item. (disposable puppy pads on sale). A great relief in saving and thank the professionalism of its staff.

These two lovely employees definitely made this experience the best. They were very funny and genuine. I will 100% return back. I definetly recommend coming to this location as everyone I had contact with were very nice.

I will never shop here again. They sell feeder mice and were openly joking about it at the checkout. The fact that a pet store sells mice for any other purpose than being a pet is mind numbing. The corporate office told me they would investigate without even asking about any details and the store manager Myra is rude and has 0 customer service skills. I will be transferring all my shopping to Petsmart where they only sell their mice as pets. I will never step foot into a Petco again. They also underfeed their Betta fish (2 pellets every other day), and proceeded to tell me this was to avoid over feeding. This chain is greedy and money hungry and not about healthy living for all animals.

Fraud customer service and fake delivery details.. I ordered my pet food on Petco for delivery before 2 pm and it was mentioned that it would be the same day delivery.. when I tracked my package in the evening as I noticed my pet food didn't arrive, for which I was surprised to see that the delivery date changed to 3 days later.. why do I put up fake information of same day delivery when you can't fulfil it..not ordering it anymore

Rude staff, dark dingey store and I tried to use a coupon but the teenager behind the counter didn't apply it. It's kind of outtay way too probably won't go back

They said they do price matching, i went there they said nope we don’t do price matching on live animals. Lol, you are selling pets though. Misguided and I spent 2 days going there. Never do that again.

Found a deal today trying out there brand of dog food for the first time FREE 5 lb bag with a 30$ purchase.

I really disappointed at this store and especially representative Nick. Had the worst experience today ever, I went to get fish today and Nick was for no reason showing this much attitude. I mean people coming sometimes and asking your professional opinion but you don’t need to show this much attitude and treated me like I did something wrong. I was just simply asking questions. Nick know nothing about “how many gallons or how many tanks I have at home” was assuming that 4 fish I got just enough. Not so much of professionalism. This nice moment of buying new friends was just ruined by someone who most likely just don’t love his job!
