If I could give zero stars, I would. Until now, I have been a long-time, loyal client who has referred everyone I know with dog grooming needs. Susan was very rude to me when I called to make an appointment. She interrupted me mid-sentence stating in a very patronizing tone that they are booked 3 months out until 2022. Well, what if I was willing to wait? I will gladly take my business where it is valued and I am treated with respect.

I've had great service and very disappointed that they've had to without notice cancel my area and am appointment I've had for 8 weeks. If you know anyone looking for a dog grooming job, they are in need and I need my elderly dog with anxiety groomed not at a traditional groomer. With two dogs, the other a 3 year old, this company and their service was so helpful and they needs help!

We cannot begin to rave enough about Wet Noses Grooming! I only wish I knew about them when I was home with a toddler and newborn, instead I packed the family into my car to drop off our sweet little Molly the Maltese for grooming. This meant unbuckling toddler, hanging on to newborn and dog leash, entering the groomers (hoping for no other people or animals to distract the toddler, newborn, and dog. Tired of reading this? Imagine doing it! Then Wet Noses Grooming entered our lives and OH MY GOODNESS! I have found some of the sanity I lost then. Jessica, Tina, Susan, and Team are all professionals! Making appointments with Susan is easy breezy. She’s so easy to work with and patient at finding appointments that works with our crazy schedules. Then we have the talents of The Groomers! My sweet baby girl leaves the house looking like a scraggly polar bear after a week long dance party and brought back looking like the adorable Maltese she is! Their van is equipped with all sorts of goodies like warm water, heater, AC, hair dryer and other needs to make my girl look good. It truly is a doggy spa on wheels. They don’t need anything from us except for Molly to groom. The van is clean, sanitized, and disinfected between each client. I never have to worry about handing Molly over. My sanity and my dog are both so grateful for Wet Noses Mobile Grooming! Believe me… SO well worth the money!

They did a incredible job with my pug. Very friendly staff.. I have been to just about every dog groomer in the area and no one has been able to do the great job they did. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

First time using a mobile groomer and loved it! I love not having to load my newfie in the car and make the trek 20mins away. Usually my dog is there for 6hrs and Wet Noses had her done in under 3! She looks great and smells wonderful. Definitely recommend them! Looking forward to using them for future appointments.

My dogs (and my family) absolutely love Wet Noses and Tori. My younger dog does not link strangers but as soon as she sees the truck come own the drive she gets excited and will jump right into the truck and onto the table.

Would have loved to have received a call back, especially when they say they will call back same day. No return call backs after 3 messages. Guess they are doing too well to have good customer service.

Jessica has been grooming my dog Sailor for years. She does a fantastic job! I highly recommend her company to all pet owners.

We have used Wet Noses 2x and we love them. Tori has groomed Ralf both times and she's awesome. Hair cut is always perfect and she done in about a hour. She arrived on time and even text us to see if we were free to come a little early. I love the fact that I don't have to take the dog to the groomer anymore and we have found someone we trust and who is reliable.

After giving information about my dog I asked when appointment was possible.....never got a response. ????

I really appreciate Wet Noses grooming my dogs so patiently. Neither of my dogs will let me cut their hair but when they see the Wet Noses truck they get all excited and can't wait to greet them. I trust my babies being groomed by them and I am always pleased with how cute they are done.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had a cockapoo, Nemo, that over time became very fearful of going to the groomer. Finding Wet Noses was a savior for both us and Nemo. They were very helpful in working with us to get Nemo back on track with grooming. They showed Nemo compassion and understanding and never gave up on him. Nemo always came out looking like a million bucks. Working with Wet Noses was great and we would definitely not hesitate one second in using them again. If you are looking for a quality, compassionate, reliable and professional mobile groomer then look no further than Wet Noses. They are the best!

Excellent customer service along with reasonable prices and probably the only place that didn't go up in prices due to the spandex and very good tasting food.

I love Wet Noses Mobile Grooming. I have two Westie’s who are groomed by them and they always look great! I am so pleased with they services they provide. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica today and she did a fantastic job. Not only did she make my dogs look good she is a lovely young lady. Kind and friendly to both me and my dogs. It’s always a pleasure having any one of the groomers come to my home. I highly recommend Wet Noses Mobile Grooming.

They do an ok job, kind of choppy haircut, but then the next time the groomer did better once I mentioned it. If I call the number provided they'll return my call about 3 days later and the lady is not the most pleasant. It feels like she wants to get off the phone quickly. I called to let them know my dog had passed and I was cancelling the appointment and they never even called to say they are sorry for my loss or for the loss of a client as other professionals have done. Makes me think they are just not very caring. I now have another dog and will be looking for a different company for his grooming.

I too had an encounter with one of your drivers. I was Northbound on Route 59 about 6:30 pm on April 5th. At route 20 I stopped for a light and noticed your truck in my rear view mirror coming up behind me at an alarming speed. At the last minute the driver (a dark-haired woman) swerved into the other lane slamming on the brakes to avoid rear-ending the car beside me. At Irving Park Rd and she made a right-hand and took off again at a very high rate of speed. A large truck like that cannot be driven like a race car. I assume you do not transport animals. Also you should be aware that when I attempted to access your website through google I got a security warning that your site is not secure which could allow you access to my personal data. Sorry to give you a one-star but it does appear you have a problem with this driver (your wife?) among other things.

As a first time customer I am very happy. I received a callback same day (on a Sunday). Tori was the groomer and she was very friendly, informative and did a great job! I will definitely be a returning customer

My husband and I used to use this company for a long time! But recently they never have anyone to groom our dog plus the person who’s answering the phone calls is not the best person to talk to! Also they never call us back the same day, sometimes we had to wait 3-5 days for them to call us back!

Our 7 yr old Havanese (Baci) has had aniexty for years every time he’s gone to the groomer. We thought we’d try Wet Noses to see how it would go? Just used them today for the first time and we couldn’t be happier. Jessica was awesome with Baci and he looked great. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!

We love wet noses! Have been using them for 2 years now and have not been disappointed. Our groomer is Tori and she is great with our miniature schnauzer- Waffles. She has some anxiety and didn’t so well being dropped off at the groomer so having them come to us was a great alternative. Some photos fresh after her bath!

Wet Noses is freaking amazing. I have a Chihuahua that doesn't like anyone and is a little prissy. The grimmer actually took their time to interact with Rosie before grooming to make sure she was comfortable and she behaves better then then I would wash her. It's like they have a magic touch. Wet Noses has been here twice with two different groomers and they know their stuff.

Dulci loves her groomer Nicole and I love that they do a great job with her and Dulci is not afraid of getting groomed anymore! She gets the best cut she has ever had from any groomer! Nicole is so sweet and friendly and familiar with the Havanese and knows just what to do. She made both of us at ease and took her time with Dulci the first time and even though the second time was a couple of months later, Dulci remembered her and loved her experience! Thank you Wet Noses for making this such a great experience for both of us!
