Great selection and a friendly and attentive staff

Huge variety, decent prices, usually quick lines. On a recent visit their aquarium section was sad though, a tank with dying fish and another with clearly sick fish covered in ich, and significantly higher prices for fish supplies than other local stores.

I have been taking advantage of delivery, online pick up and auto ship and I LOVE THEM ALL! Great prices, great customer services, and quality items with lots of variety! Thanks PSP!

Pet Supplies Plus is the only pet store we shop at. Their prices are great and there are always great coupons as well. I usually do curbside pickup which is fast and easy. When I have gone in to the store, I have found the store associates to be kind and helpful.

My local PSP doesn't have a dog wash, so I came over to the Plainfield PSP to use theirs. The store looks very nice and well stocked, though I didn't go exploring down the aisles since I was on a mission to wash my pup. It is $10 to wash your dog or they have a 5/$25 deal. The wash is currently by appointment only on the weekends, but walk-ins are welcome during the week. The dog wash room is very nice with a tub for small dogs and another for larger dogs. Bring your own combs/brushes but leave your nail clippers at home (they don't allow trimming nails in the dog wash). PSP supplies the apron, shampoo, conditioner, towels and blow dryer.

Love stopping by my neighborhood Pet Supplies. Im always greeted within a minute of walking through the door. The staff is warm and welcoming. I love their all natural dog treats and wide selection of cat food. Thank you always for the great service.

This store has a wide variety of food and supplies for dogs, cats ect. Prices are also pretty reasonable. The only negative was that the cashier's inability to figure out my change. My bill was 4.32, I gave him 5.32, he was confused.

The grooming staff is just unprofessional, rude and just tries to squeeze every dollar from you. The one staff member I believe Brittany is just mean on the phone and doesn't care how the dogs are treated in the back room. So becareful when going to this place.
