Thank you so much for taking care of my pup. Smooth process, especially during COVID, and customer service was great. Everyone was very nice. Spent more than expected amount of time with Vet (Rachel) and had all questions answered. Also, it was much appreciated that I did not feel like they were trying to sell me tests/treatments/exams that were not necessary like a lot of vet clinics do. Thank you for a great experience!

I have had to reschedule surgery multiple times for my dog. They have been very patient and easy to work with!

The peoria location is absolutely amazing.. These Dr's, Nurses and Techs have taken the utmost care of our puppy Blu. He was a very sick pup, and they were so quick acting and forward thinking and absolutely 100% saved our puppy's life. Blu and his parents cannot thank all of your staff enough! Blu has found his lifelong vet!!

Dave harms and sharon davidson would like to thank ,the dunlap office for all the care they gave our ziggy during his life time..he never minded going there and seeing dr.jen.. his care was always given top priority,,we were very impressed with his medical care every year..he suffered from alot of medical conditions,,which they addressed professionally..we are forever thankful for the precious care he was given by the dr. And staff..thank you very much..

These Veterinarians AND staff are professional, compassionate, and dedicated. Our most recent experience was with our 10 yr old Shihtzu who suddenly became ill and was having trouble seeing. As usual, the staff and vets fit us in to their extremely busy schedule ASAP. They did necessary diagnostic testing, then referred us to U of I where they used results from tests already done by our vet. Ultimately, we had to make the decision to end our baby’s suffering. The ENTIRE staff was so compassionate and supportive before, during, and after our loss. I highly recommend this clinic for all your pets care. We have owned animals for 40 years and this staff is unmatched in care, compassion and cost. Dawn Augustyn

Been taking my three labs there for about 5 years. Very friendly staff and vet team.

They have done a nice job grooming are Newfoundland's. Newfoundland take the better part of A-day. We have 2 of them at 1 time there.

Fantastic service, incredibly nice and educated staff. Will absolutely be my main vet, they were incredibly personable and helpful in answering my questions and concerns, and made me and my dog feel very at home.

One of these monsters chose to show me the DEAD COLD EYES...of my fur baby...to show he was dead. Absolutely disgusting.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing and very professional! Today, the vet tech (I can't remember her name) and Dr. Suzanne Gilles were nothing more then passionate, helpful, and informative. Since I rescued my dog, we've never had one complaint about the office. Great staff and highly recommend!

Our dog is having a difficult time overcoming mast cell tumors, and had an app't with the visiting oncologist, Dr. Book today, 6/25. We were able to schedule a full body ultrasound prior to the appointment with no problem, to help determine our course of treatment. Cost of tests and treatments very reasonable, as compared to those in the Chi- metro area, plus the "coin" discounts help even more. Julie even helped me through my confusion of a pharma rebate card. Docs and techs very friendly and caring, know my pets. First rate here and the Chilli office.

I have nothing but great things to say about the doctors and staff at Dunlap vet ! They always take great care of Paris! Lori always does a fantastic job with her grooming as well!

Lori the groomer at Dunlap 2 is wonderful!! Doodles are challenging dogs to bathe, cut, etc. and she did a wonderful job! Their prices are very affordable as well, and that is a big plus since my dog needs groomed every 6 weeks.
