Our pets are given very personal care and kindness regardless of the reason for the visit. We have had a wide range of needs from very, very urgent to vaccinations....all of our pets are treated like family, gentle handling, unrushed, and any explanation (s) are in simple terms. We have had some dire situations, and our confidence in our pets' care has never waivered. In fact, our cats and dog don't object to the visits. Our dog responds to Dr.Malcolm as if he was her best buddy.

Everyone was very nice! Dr. Malcom especially! I highly recommend!

Best visit we have ever had

The veterinarians, technicians, and office staff are all very knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating. We have felt for over 20 years that all of our kitties have been in wonderful hands.

Great friendly staff, appointments are always on time, everyone cares about your animal. After coming here for many years, 14 with the current pet, I've never had a bad experience.

Have been using Big Hollow for 8 years at the recommendation of a colleague. Great recommendation! The staff seem to know us by name and have taken care of all four of our dogs from two small Yorkshire terriers to two gigantic Mastiffs. They care about the dogs as if they were there own and have given great advice and care.

They are the best. Been going there for 18 years. Dr. Malcolm is the best vet ever.

Brought my pet there for a neuter. They were not welcoming at all and didn’t even ask for my pets name. When I went to pick up my pet after the operation, I was told that they were giving me NO PAIN MEDICATION and it was “too difficult” to give them any pain medication at all. I had to take my pet to another vet where they are recommending her to stay the night because my poor baby is in so much pain. This is the most unprofessional and terrible vet I have ever heard of. I would give them less stars if it was possible to. GO FIND A DIFFERENT VET!

These guys are awesome! The staff and vets are great. Very personable. Even when things aren't good and you have to say goodbye to a furry family member they care about the tough situation. Thank you for taking care of our furry family members over the years!

The staff at Big Hollow and Dr. Malcolm are truly top-notch. Dr. Malcolm is always researching and reaching out to peers to ensure his is up to date on practices and information. I would trust no one else with my pets. They have seen us through 3 dogs so far, including one with a degenerative disease requiring her to need a wheel-cart late in life. Even in this unique situation we received absolutely outstanding care.

Dr Malcolm and staff are wonderful. Trust them with all of our furry children, always.

Taking our new puppy, Quinn, for her first vet visit to BHCAH was a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, it was during the pandemic. So everything had to be done via the parking lot exchange. But it was still handled very professionally and friendly. The woman who greeted us, while she didn't introduce herself, she was still very friendly and professional when she came out to get Quinn to take her inside for her checkup. Dr. Adam came back out with Quinn after the checkup and explained everything to my husband and me. Dr. Adam was also very friendly and professional, and truly showed compassion for our beloved pet. Thank you!
