Kriser's Natural Pet Park Ridge, Illinois

Not only does my dog love it here, I also love it. It’s been about a year that my puppy has gone to daycare there and she loves it still! She is excited and runs right in every day. It is nice to be able to get everything I need at the same place that my dog is, it saves a lot of time and effort. Everyone who works there is helpful, nice and loves my dog. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for quality dog products, excellent dog daycare and a friendly staff who will go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need.

My puppy attends daycare here. The staff are the best, especially Jay. They make me feel good about leaving my puppy in their care. I don’t have to worry about her. They send me pictures and updates. Thank you to the staff for providing an excellent daycare program.

Shari, Darian, and Kevin are the absolute best! They are always very welcoming and continue to provide optimal service for our dogs. As a customer, I value talking to them about all of our dog needs and having a great team to depend on with orders, deals and questions that come up. This a phenomenal place to go for all of your pet's needs with good people!

Matilda came home as fluffy, soft, and bright as she's ever been. Also in a great mood. They did a great job!

Maggie was such a kind and gentle dog groomer! I could tell by how happy my pup was after his grooming! Maggie was honest, and took her time grooming Peanut to what I expected! Krisers in Park Ridge has lovely people working there and I will definitely be coming back!!

My puppy Bodhi and I love Kriser's! The staff is so friendly and helpful and they have a great selection of natural foods and treats. Bodhi goes to daycare there on a regular basis and just loves it. You can tell he feels at home and loved. He is always so excited to see the staff and they give him lots of pets and love in return. We appreciate hat they spend most of their day out of the crate, attended to and playing. I think Jay is the newest daycare staff member and is often there when we drop him off. She is a sweat heart and I leave knowing he is in great hands!

Great place to run in and get basic supplies for your dog and/or cats. Staff are super helpful and nice. Exceptionally clean store! Pets are allowed inside. Pet grooming available for dogs but not cats!☹ Lots of extras available to spoil your pets!

We have been bringing our girl to get groomed by Maggie and we love it. She always does what we ask and if for some reason she cannot, she will explain why she may have to alter what we are asking for. The first couple of times our girl was really nervous and hesitant and Maggie made sure she called me to let me know how our girl was doing throughout her groom. Our girl now goes with Maggie without hesitation and always looks great.

Ive ben bringing my dog to Kaisers in Park Ridge for grooming for a while. Over the last 3 months when Maggie grooms her with in a few days she will have an ear infection. I spoke to Maggie about this so she is aware. Once again got my dog groomed and with in a few days she has an ear infection. I will not be bring my dog there again for grooming. However after 3 weeks Kaisers reimbursed the grooming fee.

The DIY bathing area could use more space. It was cramped with two large dogs being washed and blowdried. I couldn't breathe with my mask on. Staff seem friendly though.

I went to Kriser's Natural Pet Store recently and was very pleased. I had been there before but not for a while. The staff were all friendly, the store was clean, and they had distancing practices in place. Also they had some really good deals on the high end pet food. Bought some new wet food for my cats and they loved it. An associate helped me pick out an ear cleaner too. I also bought a litter box at a great price. I joined the rewards membership and will definitely be back!

Kind staff, Probably the best groomer around this area!

I am very satisfied with my dog’s cut. I recommend the groomer Neli, she is very kind and does a great job!

We just picked up our dog from getting groomed, she looks fabulous. This is by far the best grooming she ever received. Thanks Neli for the wonderful job.

This place is AWESOME! They have a great selection of healthier food and treat options for dogs and cats. I feel confident when I buy food and treats from this location because I know they have done their research on the particular brands they carry. The staff is amazing as well and really care about the pets and pet parents who come into the store.They are knowledgable about their products from food to grooming items. They have ALWAYS pointed me in the right direction when I had questions or wasn't sure what product to purchase. I also appreciate the fact that the staff is HONEST and they do not push people to buy things they don't need. I can't say that about many other places. However, I do feel bad for the staff who works at this location because their work space is really cramped - management or the owners of this location REALLY need look into reorganizing the inside of the store to give their employees AND customers more room when checking out. It becomes a nightmare when you're trying to check out with a lot of items and the place is packed. It's not the staff's fault as they really try to make it work while still be happy with their customers. Overall, I like this location and the quality of care and products.

Awesome customer service! Cokie and I stopped in for some dog food. It was ready and waiting for us. Cokie met a few new friends who were going home from doggie day care. Will definitely be back to use the self-serve "dog wash". Just a lovely store with ample parking in the back and superb customer service!!

They entire staff are amazing. Every time we visit they make us feel like honored guest. They take time to provided information and support. The vets are the best we have ever had. The daycare play staff see my puppies and scoop the up in their arms. I have to drag them out of daycare. The groomers are wonderful, calm patient they even get the brown spots from under their eyes. The best store in park ridge.

I brought my dog here for grooming for the first time. We had a great experience. Maggie M was the best. The cut was exactly how I was expecting. I would definitely come back here. Angela A.

I come in here to get my dogs nails cut every month. I brought a new puppy there and made my appointment At 10am because that’s what they said they had opened. I get there and they tell me it’s going to take 3 and a half hours because they are going to bath her and then stick her in the cage to dry. What. This a joke. Then they tell me well we can make you an earlier appointment another day. This is my day off I work I can’t! They should of told me on the phone this is how they do it. I wouldn’t of even come here for the grooming. Now I have to find a new place.

Kriser’s is the best. Darian is great! I own a business and I know a good employee. She knows the product. She will always take the time to answer questions and explain the product so I feel comfortable with my purchase. She will also recommend things that Annie will enjoy. She is very personable and my dog adores her. Annie loves to go to daycare. She cannot wait to see Darian. I feel confidant leaving Annie in her care. I know I will pick up a happy and tired pup.

I won’t go anywhere else! The manager Shari is wonderful as is all of her staff. My bullies have skin issues and cannot have chicken and a plethora of other things in their food. They have been extremely helpful in assisting me with finding food that my dogs will eat. They explained the ingredients to me and offered to special order food. They are honest in their recommendations. I want to thank Shari the manager personally for her knowledge and suggestions for my babies. Everything she suggests has been a winner!

My dog, Gus, gets so excited when he realizes he is going to Krisers for grooming. He has always been afraid of getting his nails clipped in the past, but he seems to not mind the nail clipping here. The team seems so happy to see him when he walks in it really makes you feel like family.
