Great store friendly knowledgeable staff.

Got great toys for dogs and some good additive for eating my girls love it

Been shopping at Bentley’s for a hot minute and decided to finally give a shout out. I used to be a regular at Wells but now go out of my way to their West Loop location for 1 thing. Miss Ashley. What a great manager and she always makes our trips enjoyable. Super sweet and you can tell she lives and breathes dogs. Please Bentley’s, don’t send her any farther!

I’m not one to make reviews or go the extra mile but today was different. I came in and was greeted right away. I’ve never been to a store like this usually petsmart or petco. But the store was so neat and organized. I was greeted by a manager named Ashley she was very informative I never knew the different types of protein and treats. I don’t spoil my son it’s what I call my dog but she guided me to quality food as my dog is older he is having difficulty to digest food. She gave me the run down spent 20 minutes and reading my the pros/cons of certain food and snacks. I was amazed because from my usual experience sales associates usually guide me to food and don’t know much of the product. She informed me she has pets and she as well gives them the product she was recommending. She even showed me pics of her pets I was sold by the honesty and how informative she was. I made my purchase and my son a Boston terrier loves his new food and his pig ears. As I was leaving I come to thank her and find out she is a manager I can now see why. I will be back soon and done with petco and petsmart.

Had a great experience today in the morning with Ashley. Came in to buy a few gifts for my friend new rescued puppy and she pointed me in the right direction and got me a little puppy starter kit. She even gave me a free little welcome doggy bag for signing up for their loyalty program. 10/10

Came here recently and was greeted by the manager Ashley. I was a bit hesitant as I am not too familiar with this establishment. Rest assured the guest service is amazing Ashley was very informative on the products she didn’t try pushing the most expensive one but rather assessed my dogs preference. He’s big on meat snacks she recommended the pigs ear and my dog loves it. I will definitely come back again the experience was greet and she took her time and didn’t push a product on me. I will definitely be back soon.

Stopped by yesterday and had a great experience with the 2 employees. The long hair girl was super knowledgeable and very sweet and patient. Gave me great recommendations for my fussy eater.

Emo tall tattoo guy doesn't like doing his job bad customer service. Door's always broken and they never have primal food stock for dogs. It's a high selling item and they never stuck up they never order enough

We recently took custody of a 4-6 week old puppy from a homeless man in our neighborhood who wasn't taking very good care of her. Given that the puppy seemed like she hasn't eaten in quite some time we brought her straight to Bentley's and the manager working at the time could not have been kinder or more thoughtful. She immediately opened several sample packs of dog food so the pup could eat right then and there, and eventually sent us home with a shopping bag full of samples for the puppy to try, until we could find one that worked for her. We returned a week later to purchase a real bag for the pup and found that the manager had received a promotion, which I couldn't agree with more. We are now loyal Bentley's customers! While Chewy and Amazon may be more convenient, these are the same companies putting places like Bentley's out of business. Definitely remember that the next time you are buying food for your own pets. Or eventually there won't be a Bentley's to rush to when you surprise rescue a malnourished puppy from a man on a street corner.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They really love dogs and other pets and it shows. It is somewhat of a boutique type of pet store so they don't have the selection of a Petco. However, they have a lot of great products and personalized service!

Good selection of food that's good for your pet. Friendly service. Perhaps the owners could better train their employees about why the brands were selected to sell.

Mable is the best dog in the world so I spoil her like crazy. This place has the highest quality food and treats you can get and they always have great sales. Mable likes the chew bar and I never would have discovered the disgusting pig hearts she likes if she hadn't made the selection herself.

Fabulous little store with excellent products, especially when it comes to health treats and rewards.

Great staff, super friendly. We love bringing our dogs here and would recommend to anyone. And as one of the other reviewers mentioned, the staff member with the crazy hair is awesome and goes out of her way to make customers and our pets happy.
