Actually a really great visit You can choose from a bunch of cool pet food blends and types, and I learned they have curbside for when I'm really in a hurry and like site to store, they've got a lot going there. Oh and associates help out if you ask.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Pretty great selection of bet supplies. They have been a little short staffed for the past few months, unfortunately.

Great spot, try the dog food

I ran in on Christmas Eve to get some gifts for my granddog Morton! I had traveled from California to Chicago and I didn't have room to pack any gifts for him. But boy did they have lots of gifts available stuffed toys shoes everything even close. I picked up new dog toys and he was so excited thank you for being open and for the large variety of items in your store.

15/10 service here! Stopped in with a new pup and the staff went above and beyond to help out. Found out he had some fleas - they took an extra hour with him to make sure he was good to go. Ashley took me around helping with food and puppy basics as well. Thanks for all the help today!!

Got there at 830pm to hopefully get the last wash before they closed. I was told literally “nah” it’s closed. I mean I’ve taken my dogs to the self dog wash at other locations before they closed with no issues. Location left a bad taste in my mouth probably won’t return and go to my go to location on foster and Harlem! Oh well their loss on business.

Patrick was a great assistance in helping me find the perfect dog food for my pittie girl. Also introduced me to new products I wouldn’t have tried or known about without his help. My dog and cat love it!

Not impressed. The whole store could do with a deep cleaning and paint. Self wash was pretty filthy. Never again

Price are a little high.

I don't even have a pet, just a set of nesting robins with their babies outside my door. A worker at the store asked me what I needed, and I was in and out within minutes with a bag of mealworms to throw down when they try to attack me. (Worked like a charm by the way.)

Staff are always so friendly and you can tell they actually love animals. Good selection great staff. Store has a doggy self wash area perfect for bigger dogs that are harder to bathe at home

Had a great experience at the groomer! Took longer than expected but that's because the groomer worked through my dog's knots/mats instead of just shaving them off. My pup looks GREAT! I could tell he felt confident after his visit. Thank you!

Excellent selection of dog food, treats, and supplies. There are not a wide variety of leashes but plenty basics for a store that is not specific for training.

Good variety of the food my dog likes, better than the grocery store options. Easy parking.

They have a nice kitty section. Your beast(s) won't go hungry if you shop here. And it(they) won't have to "use" that nice floor of yours. Always well stocked. Great sales people who I'm sure could use a healthy raise.
