We have nothing but wonderful things to say about EVERYONE at GreenPaws!! Our dog Sophie LOVES when her pet care specialist John comes so much! It’s such a relief to know that someone who cares so much about our fur baby is helping care for her. We have a monthly membership for daily walks as well as occasionally need pet sitting services as well, and have always been thrilled with the care provided!

We are so happy with our caretaker and the responsiveness of the team at Green Paws. They are helpful even when we’ve been in a bind (eg our flight got canceled and we couldn’t get home, so they helped make sure our cat wasn’t left without food). We get daily photos of Tomato and appreciate that he gets playtime when we are out or traveling. Thank you to the awesome people at this company!

Very reliable and quick to respond even if after hours

Zero communication skills. They said there was availability for a house sit and then after I had to call them to follow up on details days before my trip they informed me they did not actually have a sitter able to handle it. I had to miss an important business trip because of them.

We love Green Paws and use them for occasional walks when we are out of town or can't get a walk in. They set up an initial meeting to meet with us and get to know Bailey and finalize details etc... which we loved getting to know who we were working with. We have had both Max and John and were very pleased with both of them. We really like that they only walk one dog at a time, communication has been great, they are very professional and easy to work with !

We've had a great experience with Green Paws taking care of our cat while we are away. All the pet sitters that have taken care of our cat have been very professional. I definitely recommend them.

We've been using GreenPaws since we got our rescue dog, Hannah, about 6 years ago. Their staff is awesome, always responsive to requests, and really tries to understand ours and Hannah's needs. A walked comes five days a week, and sometimes more when we have special requests. If something changes/happens or our walker is taking time off, they try to provide notice quickly or ahead of time AND have a solution or answer in place.

Green Paws is a fantastic pet service. I have a cat, and Chris is the person who comes to see her usually. He always sends updates with pictures and his notes are hilarious. There are also plenty of other people who take care of cats so if he isn't available I never have to worry about scrambling to find someone else to come visit. Everyone at Green Paws also really cares about pets and they are organized in case there is a crisis. I had another cat and unfortunately she fell ill while I was out of town. They immediately took her to the emergency care and coordinated with updates. I trust them completely and I couldn't recommend them more for peace of mind while I'm away!

Competent, caring, and quite clever cat sitters, who we trust to get the job done and keep us posted with photos and updates our pet while we are away. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Green Paws and their team of cat sitters who have served us for more than 2 year now. We have a 6 year old cat who hates traveling, but who is very social. When we head out for work, leisure, or holiday travel, we call Green Paws and they come in each day to feed and hang with our cat for a good amount of time (25-30 min). We get pictures of our cat sent to us with an update of how the visit went, so we never have to wonder how he is doing. The rates are extremely fair and the people at Green Paws are friendly and very accommodating. You won't go wrong using Green Paws for your pet's in-home care needs!

Wow! I have had a great experience with Green Paws! My puppy loves them and the time and care they take for my dog. I recommend WAY more than those crappy apps for finding a walker. I know that someone will be there to walk my dog no matter what happens. AND I can feel safe about my things cause it’s a company and not some random person coming into my place.

We have used Green Paws for over 5 years, since our dog was a puppy. We have had numerous walkers but each has been truly amazing. They love our pets as if they were their own and make themselves available at the drop of the hat to stop in and check on them. Highly recommend using Green Paws for your pet care needs.

Love Green Paws. They are so great to work with and my cats love them. They always send pics and detailed notes of the visit so I don't worry. I have liked all of the sitters that I have worked with and would recommend them to anyone who needs pet care.

Steve from Green Paws is a great cat sitter! My diva tabby took to him at once, he played with her, and I always returned to a clean litter box. He also has a future as a pet photographer: every visit, I'd receive confirmation in the form of an adorable kitty portrait. The office staff is both friendly and helpful, returning messages promptly. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been using Green Paws since we got our now 2 year old puppy. Every step of the way they have been fantastic. They respond quickly to our e-mails, provide flexibility regarding late cancellations (when warranted aka someone is sick or would be home last minute and a walk is not needed). Logan, our walker since day 1, has been exceptional. All other walkers have been a great experience!

Green Paws is fantastic and we have been using them for over 6 years and at 3 different apartments. Our walkers have become part of our extended family and fully trusted to take care of our dogs. The overnight stay option is great, easier on us and the pets.

Green Paws is reliable, responsive and is always in their timeframe for visits! Cristal is great at scheduling and acknowledging requests! I’ve used Whitney to watch my kitties for years and she’s kind, playful, professional and funny!!! I love getting my check-ins when I’m away knowing the fur kids are being taken care of but really play when she’s there. I would highly recommend Green Paws!

Absolutely awesome! Have been using them for years for my feline fur babies and they always do a great job. Have had the same primary sitter since the beginning so that says something about the quality of their organization. Can't say enough about Chris...he was amazing with my elderly cat before he passed and is wonderful with my current babies. I always get pics and updates so I never worry!
