We were truly given a gift when we were assigned to work with Zack for our training boot camp. When we rescued our pug Bonnie, she was a little over a year old and came to us with zero training/command response. We had a lot of work ahead of us to teach her the basics, leash training, and to overcome some non-aggressive biting issues we had with her as she is extremely high energy and excitable. Not only did Zack help us teach Bonnie all of the necessary and important commands from A-Z (in addition to a few fun tricks!), he also helped her tremendously improve on her leash. But, more importantly, he understands training, dog behavior, and life with a dog so well in general, that he helped us learn how to teach her ourselves, how to manage her behaviors, and set our expectations for the timeframe it would take a rescue dog to really settle in with us. Zack is professional, flexible, kind, and VERY patient, as he took time to answer all of our questions, and to provide endless training suggestions so we could find what worked best for our dog. Now we have an extremely well-behaved and responsive pug who, thanks to Zack, is a wonderful canine citizen!

Pups club is the only groomer our Rosie (a very tiny and scared yorkie) is comfortable at, and it’s always the highest quality cuts! Were so grateful they take such good care of our girl!!

Their grooming services are top notch! Stephanie is fabulous. She is so kind and patient with my somewhat anxious dogs. Plus they always look SO good after. I have never had a groomer cut my dogs hair so perfectly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for really great service and a very kind and considerate staff!

By far the worst experience my puppy has had since coming to the big city. Took him in for a pup cut and they stressed him out so badly that he had an accident on himself 2 hours into a 1.5 hour grooming appointment. I specifically asked how they were drying him (that's when he had the accident) and did not receive a direct answer from a single employee - I spoke to three different ones. I heard from a friend that they crate the dog and put a massive blower on them...I'd be scared too! 3 hours and 10 minutes in, I decided to just go pick him up. Picked him up still wet, shaking like crazy, and was nervous the rest of the day - I grew up with nervous/anxious dogs, this guy isn't afraid of much at all (trains, hair driers at home, sirens - NOTHING). I finally sit down and get a good look at him, they didn't even trim his face...he still cant see out of his eyes and I have comparison pics from the day before and the day of! Thought the pup cut was supposed to be face, feet, and fanny. None of these things were done; just a bath and a second bath because he was scared and had an accident. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with not only the service but also the lack of direct answers to specific questions of HOW the grooming process is being carried out! So disappointed!

Searching for a trainer for a severely reactive dog is daunting and I am grateful that we found Samantha Lacy. Sam has worked with us in our home and helped us to develop skills to help us deal with his severe anxiety in our building where he encountered dogs and to lay a foundation for us to address his dog issues. An extreme professional with care, compassion and the ability to dig into even the most extreme behavior challenges, Sam is a very talented trainer and my little guy absolutely loves her and looks forward to his weekly sessions.

Had to cancel an appt for my dogs grooming (we booked a month in advance) for a medical reason for the groomer. That was totally fine and understandable. But the delivery of the staff and how they handled was not kind at all. They gave me attitude for me trying to get something on the books and said that I can be put in a waitlist of 30 people. I really wanted to like it there.

Inconsistent treatment. I’ve noticed that in order to receive consistent fair treatment. One must look a certain way. I wish I got the guys name who “helped” me. He was a taller bald guy. Completely rude for no reason. I asked if my dog could be groomed, he wouldn’t let me finish stating what services I needed. He cut me off completely, and was detached from the interaction as a whole. Seconds later another person walks in and receives a warm hospitable greeting and interaction. The staff can use a diversity training for sure! Such a disappointment, I later saw the same gentleman walking dogs up and down the sidewalk, the dogs was I engaged, and the guy was literally pulling them up and down the street. Honestly glad I didn’t leave my pooch here!

We brought our 1-year old puppy to PUPS club River North and when we took him, his toes were bleeding badly. The groomer didn’t even mention the accident before we noticed there was blood on the floor. They were trying to make us pay first, and hide the deep cut by putting powder on his toes without telling us until we noticed the injury. When we found out, they were not apologetic and blamed my puppy for jumping. This PUPS club is not a safe environment for dogs. Groomers had no patience or empathy towards dogs. I would give negative star if I could. I would not trust them to take care of your pet.

Took my pup to the vet here and cannot be more satisfied. The vet Is very knowledgeable and in detail went over all my concerns. We spoke for over 20 min before they even took my puppy in for an exam, that's how detailed we got. When you call in everyone is super kind and helpful. Overall great experience.

I just got back picking up my six month Shih Poo, Moose. He looks so adorable. PUPS did such a great job! He was whining on the way back because I think he wanted to play with all the dogs, will definitely be sending him to daycare every now and then so he can do just that. Thanks PUPS Pet Club!

We brought our puppy in last week for a grooming and when I got her home, I noticed she was hesitant to place her left paw down. Further inspection showed she had a significant size cut on one of the toes and blood. Additionally, her nails were poorly cut and left very jagged, requiring us to do extra work to clean these up. The 1 star is for the disregard for my dogs wellbeing by not properly inspecting the areas of grooming afterwards, not providing any details on how her behavior was during the visit if she was indeed causing a fuss, and not doing a good job overall.

PUPS Pet Club has by far the best training program for dogs of all ages. We brought our 2-year old golden retriever in for Play-and-Train when she was a puppy--and we attribute her sweet, calm temperament to the Training Team at PUPS. Not only did we love our experience two years ago, we've had the pleasure of working with PUPS again. We recently brought in our newest addition to the family, our 3-month old golden retriever. Anna and Matt are truly dog whisperers--they did an incredible job training her and gave us the tools (and "owner training") needed to make it a success at home. With PUPS, you know you're in the absolute BEST hands. I can't say enough great things about them.

DO NOT GO HERE!! We have been working with their Manager, Sarah Thompson since we took our golden doodle in June to get her summer groom. They cut both of her ears SO bad that it got badly infected and when contacted Sarah Thompson she said there is not enough evidence to do anything and that she spoke to her groomer and they don't have a memory about this. Our vet visit indicated the issue and Sarah said it couldn't been the grooming even though the groomer when we pick her dog up she mention that both of our dogs ears are bleeding and it should be healed in a few days. 2-3 weeks later it got worst and that was when we had to take her to the vet. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Sarah Thompson and her team. I hope that they are not just cutting up other dogs ears or hurting them out there.

The staff is wonderful there. They treat my puppy with so much love everytime he comes in. Everytime he leaves he is more well behaved. The puppy bootcamp is well worth the money.

I brought my shiba inu Yoshi - who can be a bit temperamental (so I was nervous about dropping him off) but I was quickly greeted by a dog handler who immediately made my dog and I feel completely at ease! This place is so up to par and extremely professional! Not only is is it organized but it’s efficient and staff is well trained! I highly suggest this place to anyone who needs a safe place for there dogs! My dog and I LOVE this place!!!

Best daycare ever. Recently moved to Chicago and previously, my dog has been apprehensive about being left anywhere. My dog goes here every weekday for daycare service and is so comfortable there. He can't wait to go inside every morning! The staff has been incredibly caring and professional. They truly seem to enjoy their job! They go above and beyond in their effort to try to get to know each dog. Would highly recommend.

Really sketchy billing practices. Prepare to get up-charged a higher amount every time you take your dog to get groomed. Horrible customer service. Management is greedy and refuses to admit mistakes.

Unfortunately, I had a really negative and even disturbing experience at this place. I recently moved to Chicago and was looking for a place to get my dog groomed. After doing some research and seeing great reviews, I decided to go with PUPS. I have to say the person on the phone was really nice and accommodating. Stefanie was supposed to be my groomer. The whole experience started off on the wrong foot. She seemed very annoyed and snappy from the very beginning. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or that is just her personality, but it’s definitely not acceptable in the customer service space. First of all, she didn’t even greet us or introduced herself, giving it is our first time at the place and first time seeing her. The first phrase that came out of her mouth was: “So what are we doing here?” I explained to her that I was looking to cut about half of the length of my dog’s coat. She roughly grabbed my dog and told me that she has a lot of mats and she will have to trim her hair really short (shaved look) or she also said that she could add extra de-matting conditioner and try to brash her mats out but she didn’t know how long it was going to take her and if it actually was going to work and they were charging for each 15 mins of that service. I want to be crystal clear that I’m giving this place 1 star not because of the options Stefanie gave to me, but because of her attitude and lack of any customer service skills and, most importantly, because of how she handled my dog. I was unsure what option to pick because I didn’t really expect to trim my dog’s coat that short and, per Stefanie, it wasn’t clear if the additional services would work. I told her that I did see mats, they didn’t seem too terrible to me (I’ve definitely seen worse). The bottom line is I was trying to understand if de-matting conditioner and extra brushing would work because she was not giving me a clear answer. This is where things went really down. So she told me that I could walk to the grooming table with her so she could show me my dog’s mats. She grabbed my dog again, she was visibly annoyed, and she put my dog on the table. My dog sensed that she was mad and I could already feel my dog tensed up. Then she took the blow dryer and started blowing air all over my dog’s chest while brushing her with her hand. Her whole attitude was very negative and she was very rough and careless. My dog started to VIOLENTLY SHAKE and CRY at the same time, and Stefanie didn’t even seem to notice it. She just kept going even though my dog was clearly distressed. I’ve been to different places before but I’ve never seen a groomer to show such a lack of care for dogs and I’ve never come across before anyone with such attitude. I took my dog and walked out of that place. I would never let Stefanie touch my dog again.
