DO NOT RECOMMEND taking your puppies or furry friends here. Brought my dog here and when she came out she had bows on, don’t get me wrong they were cute but when we took them off we realized that they had attach them really tight to her actually skin! She was in pain and her skin from her ears were swollen. It was very hard to take off and left a big knot on a piece of her fur. If you are professional, you would know to never put something that tight on a dogs ear! No wonder my dog wanted to leave so quickly from that place. Will never be coming here!

I just moved to this area and am always nervous about bringing my dog to new groomers, but we had a wonderful experience here for a walk in nail trim and we'll definitely be booking all of our services here moving forward.

BEST grooming shop around! Over the past 23 years I've taken all my dogs & cats here for all their grooming needs. I moved about an hour away 5 years ago... after trying several groomers in my new area, I decided that what's best for my fur babies is to just take the ride every 5 weeks & it is worth the trip! What a difference!!! There's not many cat groomers out my way & IF there are, they're over-priced & don't do a good job. Mary is AWESOME with my cat & does such a great job with my special-needs dog. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I took my kitty to get his nails trimmed and my kitty is a little aggressive so I mentioned that to the groomer and her response was “ it’s ok Ive dealt with kitties like that before” so I trusted she had experience so I expected if she felt like she couldn’t handle it she would tell me but she didn’t mention anything so I assumed she was able to trim them. When I got him and took him home I checked his nails Cus he was acting like he was in pain and I noticed one of his nail was bleeding I ended up having to take him to his vet and his vet gave him antibiotics and painkillers a $10 nail trim ended up costing me a $180 trip to the vet to avoid my kitty from catching and infection and because he was in pain. I tipped extra $10 but I regret it. I wish she would of told me she can’t do it instead of pretending like she could and end up curing his whole nail off. Plus she left one nail without trimming. Will nit take him again.

Always pleasant and accommodating. Friendly and helpful. Very reasonable price. Pat will be greatly missed. She always had a smile for the customers and big hug for the pets.

Do not recommend for puppies. Older dogs are fine. Nice folks and decent grooming but cannot handle small puppies or fearful dogs. When I picked up my puppy she had a cut on top of her head and was so traumatized that she would not come out of create. It was her first cut. No excuse because I called ahead and specifically discussed. I asked for a call if they were unable to address her fear of grooming. No call and four hours later was told that she had a cut on her which I don't agree with explanation.
