We always get the best care! I love the vet!

We have been with this practice for two years. Dr. Williams has given us advice on treatment options and care whenever it was needed either in person or via email. She spends time explaining diagnosis and treatment no matter how long it takes. She is there for you. We had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our 13 year old girl and we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful caring event. We had dreaded this process. A couple of years ago, with another vet, we had a horrific experience of this process. We can't express how much we appreciate Dr. Williams and her staff for the kindness, compassion and caring they showed to our Willow.

Dr. William's is a fantastic veterinary expert who is down to earth and honest with all our dogs, steering us clear of any unnecessary procedures and expenses suggested by less scrupulous "vet hospitals" in Arlington Hts. A very caring and decent vet who has helped tremendously with our dogs over the years.

They are very understanding and truly love your animals. The covid policies are reassuring as well.

Dr. Janine Williams has been our veterinarian for approximately 5 years now and she is the best! Not only is she extremely kind and caring but she takes the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Williams is honest, to the point, and takes cautious approach with any issues which I appreciate. Sharon, April, and Darlene who work with Dr. Williams are great as well! As funny as it sounds, my dog loves going to the vet and displays that same level of excitement as though she's going to the park - that's how amazing they treat my dog there! Price-wise they are extremely fair as well. Overall being at Palatine Family Pet Care has been a great experience.

Palatine Family Pet Care has been amazing for myself and my dog ???? Everyone there has and is always friendly. They have handle my appointments for urgent care with out any worries. I highly recommend taking you pets there.

With Covid-19, Palatine Family Pet Care is doing curbside service. Make appt, call by cell when you arrive, and they'll take your pet at your car. Dr. Janine will call back when done and takes the time to explain the issues, and answer any questions. She's great with pets and their owners and am really glad I found her.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE dr Jeanine Williams and staff.. been with her for years. Family members use them too! True love and care and in it for the health of the animals.

We love Dr. William's and will not take our dogs anywhere else. Shes very loving and always listens to our concern. By far the best vet we have gone to and will continue to do to as long as we have dogs.

Dr. Williams has cared for our two dogs for years. She has always been compassionate and supportive for both the dogs and us. She is thorough and offers several alternative therapies if appropriate. She does not hesitate to refer to a vet specialist if one is needed and works with that specialist for follow-up care. When our Gr Dane had several FCEs, 'spinal strokes,' she encouraged us to try PT which gave our dog another 4+ years. When it came time to euthanize her, Dr Williams was so accommodating and kind.

Dr. Janine Williams is amazing! She is my go to vet for over 10 years , and I trust her implicitly. She is 100% honest. I referred my aunt to Dr. Williams when my aunt’s vet said her puppy Maddie needed a $3,000 knee surgery, even though her dog no longer had any symptoms. Dr. Williams examined Maddie and said she was fine! She is always looking out for the best interest of your pets, and she is brilliant. Her veterinary knowledge and intuitiveness is unparalleled. I recommend her to anyone who has a dog or cat.

I took my cat here for the first time and I was very pleased with the staff and the doctor and the gentle care and concern that they put into my baby to make her all better!????

Dr. WIlliams and her staff are simply the best. Unfortunately, we had to put our sick kitty of 15 years down last week. They were all very compassionate and caring while they helped us through one of the worst things ever. We are grateful to have them, do not hesitate to bring your loved ones to this clinic. You won't find better care anywhere else!

Dr. Williams is the best! My cats got fixed and get their shots and check ups here and she's always super gentle and patient with our kitties. She explains everything I need to know thoroughly and makes me feel comfortable if I need to ask questions/details. Would definitely recommend!
