My cats have been groomed by Cathy for years. She does a fabulous job every time, even with difficult cats. She also has done pro bono grooming for the shelter where I volunteer; and she is often able to work with cats that others have said would first need to be anesthetized. I highly recommend Kitty City!

My cat is long hair and she got the best haircut ever! I was so happy with how she looked. Just the right amount of trim, a bath that made her smell good for ever. I’m not joking my cats fur smells amazing months after her service. My car had less hair balls and her nails got the caps on them. My cat was also very calm and happy after her service. I’m so pleased.

This is an awesome place. They took care of my cat very well and when he was done, he looked amazing and smelled so nice. Great place, great prices! Definetly recommend!!!

Earlier this year my kitty was diagnosed with cancer and as a result she is not grooming herself like she used to. I took her to the Kitty City Salon and I was very please with the experience! The owner is very professional, and stayed in contact with me for any little thing, which I truly appreciate! Wednesday (my cat) was well taken care of, and she is moving much more swiftly since leaving the groomers. The salon even gave her a catnip toy and a super cute, and soft blanket! I would recommend this salon to anyone!

I had never had my cat groomed before but for some reason his mats had become out of control. He’s not the most friendly cat so I wondered how he would tolerate grooming. He came home stress free, with a perfect shave and obviously much more comfortable. I’m so grateful to Kitty City Spa for all they did for my cat.

I found this cat groomer while searching Google because I was tired of having to wait for extended periods of time to get in with my vet’s groomer and I have never been satisfied anywhere I have gone. These groomers are absolutely incredible. My Silver Persian got the best lion cut she has ever had and the service was all extraordinary. The groomer was so kind and courteous, the grooming only took three hours and they even gave adorable little cat toys for my kitty to take home. I will definitely only be using this groomer in the future and I’m so excited to have found such an excellent place close to my house! I would recommend to anyone with a cat!

This was my kitty Zelda's first time with a groomer. This is my first time owning a med-long haired cat. She hates being brushed; believe me I try! She started getting matted by her private areas and I knew I couldn't handle it. I googled "best cat groomers" and Kitty City struck me with such great reviews. I called right away and left a voicemail. The next day I was called back and recommended a Sani-Shave until they could get Zelda in for a full groom. We went last Saturday and she was finished in 15 minutes. Very nice Mother and Daughter. Very professional and safe. Zelda is clean and matt free! We will definitely be back! ????

I'm new in town at the time of this posting and just had my first visit with Kitty City. I only have a standard short hair cat so I don't get her full groomings. We went in for a nail trim and ear clean. Cathy was friendly and kept me updated even though it only 10 minutes my cat was inside. Cathy showed concern for a potential ear issue and seemed to care. Best of all, their prices were very good for the service. I've been quoted triple of what Kitty City is charging. So I'll be a customer for years to come.

I have a silver shaded Persian that gets a lion cut and this place always delivers!!! I love this place and they send my kitty home with a little treat each time.

I am so pleased and thankful we took our older, over weight kitty to the Kitty Salon. She came out looking like a Beauty Queen and acted like she spent the morning at the spa. I highly recommend Kitty Salon to anyone considering bringing their kitty in for grooming. These folks are Outstanding.

Cathy is amazing. I have been going to her off and on for 14 years. She is super knowledgeable and .makes the experience the least stressful possible on my fur baby. After 14 years. He has a hard time keeping himself clean and she always knows what to do to make sure hes as healthy as he can be.

We are new to the area and were in search of a new cat groomer. My siberian cat gets a lion shave at least once a year. Kitty City had an easy drop off/pick up process and Mo looks great!

My son inherited a long haired domestic cat. She had like dread locks. Very matted. And didn’t know what to do with her. But then I remembered I went to the Lincoln state cat show at the Kane county fairgrounds. and remembered that Kitty City salon had a booth. So I looked it up and she was located in Palatine. Now I live in Pecatonica IL. Which is an hour and 15 min. So I made an appt. so I took Kiki on News years eve day dropped her off. First I want to say that Kiki is one of those cats that you can’t even cut her nails without being growled at or even tried to be bitten. So I warned Cathy. But when I returned, I had her shaved down, she was like a new cat. Cathy went beyond what I expected. I know Kiki looked better but I know she felt better. Kathy explained everything that was done. She got the full treatment. So people if your considering getting your cat groomed I would highly recommend going to Kitty City salon. Great job and thank you. I actually had a pleasant ride home. She still purred and meowed so I know she was handled with care. And you know people when it comes to our pets. We will do anything to keep them happy and Kathy and crew will do that. We even got a little toy tied to the cage a little extra. Thanks again.
