I got my dog a bath here. A little pricey, but not too bad. I have requested Devon to wash my dog and brush her out. He has done a great job!! She’s fluffy and happy. I had Devon also give my Goose a groom in October & he has done a great job. Definitely recommend PSP for grooming & baths. For a large dog groom it was only $86… plus tip. The old place I took my Goose to, I was paying $150 with tip. (For the same cut/style). Thank you PSP!!

Called to make sure the dog baths were working and was told they were on a first come basis which is fine however was not informed there was now only 1 room. Plus the store needs a good floor cleaning and dusting especially the bottom of the bins.

Always friendly. Helpful. Knowledgable about products. ALWAYS ask to carry things out for u which is great! Someone is always there at counter waiting to carry items to car. I've never had to ask. Wide range of products. They do adoptions there. Always a plus in my book! Bad experience?? A dog peed on my while in line last time! lol Totally not there fault! She was just happy to see me! :)

No complaints at all. They have a great selection of dog food and treats. Everything was well stocked and the staff was very friendly. I only have a dog so I cannot speak for cat stuff or other pets.

Self serve dog wash has tanked. The bottles of once nice shampoo have been replaced with watered down versions of what they call soap. If you try to pump it into your hand if all leaks out between tour fingers as it is literally the consistency of water. Called the manager over and she told me ALL of the previous soaps had been recalled ???????????? and replaced with this “low suds” shampoo. I have been using this location monthly for the past year with the same shampoo choices…now they are all suddenly done. I could not even get a single “suds” on my fluffy golden retriever so had to take the pump off and pour huge amounts directly onto my girl. At best she looked like a wet dog. On top of it they no longer provide conditioner. What a waste of an hour spent waiting for the only bay to open as the groomers had to take over one of the self service rooms due to hot water issues if their own. My dog still stinks!!!! What a joke

Dog grooming sucks ( my experience) store is usually clean and staff is helpful. Products are superior to most.

All employees are so helpful and courtious. They always carry my huge bags of dog food to my van each week. The team in the grooming dept do a terrific job on all four of my dog's. The price is so reasonable.

I’ve always had a good experience when I go to this location. All the staff have been kind and helpful, the store is well kept too. I place orders online through them as well and every delivery is spot on, we enjoy the little appreciation notes from the team too!

Ok not to big of a selection and also a employee told us to go to a different store because it has a bigger selection.

You could petty much find whatever pet needs you're looking for at this location.

Expensive but if you need something for your pet, they probably have it.......

The first 8 cat litters I wanted were out of stock! So eas the wet cat food I wanted. Had to settle for other items. Delivery on time.

This is the first time I've used the dog wash in Orland Park. It was my understanding that the rooms are still cleaned between washes. Maybe I am mistaken, but the other Pet Supply Plus stores seemed to keep the wash rooms rather clean.. even prior to covid. There was hair everywhere..but I needed to wash my dog so I continued. The trash bag was not put on the trash can. So I was throwing hair and cotton balls into the bare trash can. The pump on the conditioner was not working. ????????‍♀️ I will not be back to this location. But my dog did get clean and the dryers were amazing..

Everyone here is friendly and helpful . We just adopted a puppy and so far they have had everything I was looking for and they always offer to help me to my car .
