This is my go to dog hotel for my two dogs.

We have taken our dogs here for over 20 years. They are well cared for. Very nice and caring people.

This place really cares for the pets that come in, I love how they reach out and make sure you know your pet is safe

I had a very unfortunate experience at Kozy kennels. The kennel forgot to remove prong collar off my dog during his 12 day stay and instead of apologizing and owning to a mistake they pushed a blame on me. There is more to the story such as they agreed to pay his vet bills and backed later, unprofessional and hostile behaviour, lying to cover themselves etc. Owners are in mid '80s and planning to close business in a year or two which tells me they do not intend to do business with good and honest practice anymore and therefore do not care for animals in their care. Tyger did not deserve such neglect and painful experience. Please do some research and get references before boarding your animals at any kennel.

It is not acceptable to leave a prong collar on a dog for 12 days straight. Also blaming the owner of the dog for this even though they were paid to care for the dog and properly take care of it they still neglected the dog by doing this which resulted in neck injury. Horrible buisness.

Took 2 of my dogs here for their first time ever being boarded...everyone was very nice and I could tell they were all animal people right away. I explained to them I was extremey nervous boarding them and they were very reassuring and I could call and check on them whenever I wanted. I LOVE that they could be together in a double kennel. When I came to pick them up they were both super happy and in great spirits almost as though they were happy to see me, but had a nice time away. I will definitely be using Kozy Kennels again and would recommend them to others!

Place was dirty Onece I got there they told us that our shots were no good we just got them two weeks before. Had to cancel my two day trip because of them

Took my dog Buddy there twice since i had to go out of town for work. Super friendly staff and my boy comes out happy.

Kozy Kennels is a family owned kennel. They have cared for my family dogs for over 15 years. There kennels are clean, air conditioned in the summer, and heated in the winter.

We chose Kozy Kennels for our girl while we were out of town for a weekend. They have a large area for the dogs to roam around in. The owner was very friendly, knowledgable, and organized. She invited me to call in and check on our dog before I even asked. They were very friendly when we needed our friend to come pick our dog up instead of ourselves. Would recommend!

After losing our home to a fire, our dogs had to be boarded at Kozy Kennels for more than a year. It was a difficult time in most aspects however I never once had to worry about my dogs. I visited them many times during their stay to play with them. They greeted me just as happy as ever each and every time I saw them. By the time I brought them home my dogs were actually sad for a few days because they missed all of the one on one attention they had received daily. Thank you for loving our 4 legged family as much as we do!

The entire building smells like a dirty basement. There's layers of dust on the fans, cages, and desk. If this was a nursing home or daycare it would have been shutdown. I only left my dog because it was a weekend emergency. I was quoted a specific price and given two 30 minute windows during which I could pick up my dog. However, when I picked up my dog I was charged for 2 days stay due to the fact that I chose the later pickup time. Fine, I'll pay extra. What ticks me off is the way it was handled by the owners. Please do not leave your pets, it's a unclean environment and the owners play by their own rules.
