Very nice people with a pretty good selection of pups little pricey but we've gotten two dogs here so far so there ya go

Everything went great with staff and the buying process until that was over. I called 2 mo after I got him and kindly asked if they could contact the the breeder to ask for photos of Cash’s parents. No return call. Two months later I went into the shop and again asked. She wrote some notes down, took pictures of the paperwork from the sale and sent it off to the boss by text message and I still have not heard back. Good otherwise but it’s frustrating and not okay to get no response. I’ll try one more time but I’m not buying from them again if this continues to be ignored.

Cam in three hours before they closed. This was the first place my daughter and I went to to look at puppies. When we walked in the woman immediately asked if we were buying one right now. We told her we were starting to look and she said we could not see a dog only look through the glass. Never made it 5feet inside before this exchange. We are going to buy a dog but not from someone who is too lazy or unwilling to even show us dogs. Very weird attitude from sales people.

Try searching “West Lakes Canine Kennel”. Definitely a puppy mill… inexistent when you look them up. When you search the address of where this breeder is, they are in this garbage house. Terrible.

Absolutely loved this place, makes it easy to see pups that are available. Get to meet them in the pen areas once you choose a pup to decide whether or not they'll be a good fit. Then get to take them home with a feeling of security that the pup you chose was and will be in good hands. If I ever look for another addition to the family I'd definitely come here again.

We bought a dog from orland park store great dog we love him so much. Only issue we have was we called the store because we wanted to see what the parents looked like . Never got a call back. When I went to look at paperwork where our boy came from name and address did not exists.so I think they are dishonest about where the dogs come from so beware.

Wasn't familiar with half the selection of dogs.

Have purchased 2 pets this place over the years and no issues with them. My only issue is the the prices have increased. I guess there's a demand in dogs right now.

I purchased a Miniature Whoodle from Happiness is Pets and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. I was allowed to spend about 45 minutes getting acquainted with my dog prior to purchase, the staff answered all of my questions, and I left the next day with my new dog. My dog is healthy and loves his new home. I would highly recommend Happiness is Pets if you are looking for a new dog.

I visited probably 10 pet shops ( including shelters) in the past month. And this is the first place, with well educated ,nice people that know their job and share truthful affection to their animals.( And always have sales). We finally get a puppy ????

A little late in posting this review but in late June of this year my wife and I came in to purchase a dog and the experience was absolutely incredible. Erica was extremely nice and did not hesitate to answer any of our questions and even took extra time from her day to make sure that we were satisfied and comfortable. We absolutely love our Victorian bulldog. Her name is Vera!

Brought my kids to look for a puppy, but couldn’t leave without Ranger. It was a hard chose between him and a few others but they wanted him. They named him pepper!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Love at first sight! The staff was very kind and very helpful. I left with a ton of knowledge and paperwork. All my questions were answered and even a few days later. My pup is very happy as am I. Best thing I've ever done! He is meeting other pets, love my grandkids and my great grand-baby is in love with him as my grand-daughter. They picked the right pet for me. I was reluctant because I was stuck on a Yorkie, but after listening to them, the shitzu was the best choice and truly it is. I recommend any and everyone to go there. The gave me a cage, pet food, toys, blanket, etc. They also set me up with the veterinarian to followup with his shots with the first appointment being free if you go to their recommended vets. I am so very happy! Thank you Erica and Happiness is pets.

I was very pleased with Happiness is Pets in Orland. We could not take our pup home until she had a last shot but went in every day to spend time with her. Searched several stores and they were best pricing. We take her to Midwest Animal Hospital as well and got pet insurance. Well worth it. She is healthy, great temperament and active. We feed her quality food, no people food, no issues and certainly not overweight like many I have seen.

$2000.00 for the cheapest puppy! There are rescue dogs out there that are more loving and appreciate a good home! Think Recuse, when you think puppy, they don't disappoint!

We had a great experience with them. The sales girl was very helpful and pleasant to work with along with the whole team. We bought our beautiful Lhasapoo from them on Labor Day. So far very pleased. She is very happy, healthy and everything we had hoped for.

This is my first puppy. The staff are very knowledgeable and we’re patient as I asked a million questions. They cleaned the dog up and gave me a care package including food and crate when we went left. Great service. Clean facility.

A quick in and out process, I was given alot of information about my new pup and the workers answered all of my questions I asked with detailed answers.

I love HIP! They assisted us every step of the way! And they had an large selection of pups to choose from!

I love my puppy first off. Second I feel lied too. 5,000dollars the free vet visit is a three HOUR WAIT. The dog bowls given to me not picked out were girl bowls I bought a boy dog. Just be honest with what you get. I recommend you do your research Before purchasing from here. Now I found out my poor puppy is sick ans on 4 different medications

My husband and I did a test run at the store before taking my daughter in to pick out her puppy. Each time we went in the staff was kind, friendly, and not at all pushy. Erica helped us each time and she was knowledgeable about each breed of dog, and the personality of each dog. I was pleased with the care and appearance of each dog. The facility did not have an odor, which is a sign of good care. The purchase itself easy. I would recommend Happiness is Pets.

I have gotten two puppies from this store, absolutely recommend them to everyone. Both of my dogs are extremely healthy and the staff helped educate myself on each of the breeds. The staff are the best and the puppies are always high quality!

I'm not sure how to rate this because I got no document showing that this is a golden doodle how do I know it's a golden doodle where's the papers on it

Came in for a pup, thinking about it for a year and finally decided. Honestly read all reviews. The girls were very helpful and accommodating. Love my pug and seems to be in perfect health. Recommend for sure. Thku girls.
