I can't say enough great things about this vet clinic. We switched our dogs to go here and it was the best decision. I had a small dog of 15 years and I knew something was wrong with her. I would take her to my old vet and they just told me she was fine. However, at Village Animal Clinic they believed me and would not give up and at the end they realized she was worse than what we thought and we had to put her down. They were with us the whole way and was the most caring and gave us the time we needed to be with her before we said our goodbyes. I will recommend this place every time!

This place is amazing. We were visiting from out of town for a month. We brought our 12 week old puppy with us on the road trip. He needed shots while we were visiting and he also had some stomach issues we needed to see a vet for. This vet got us in right away and took care of every thing we needed during our month long stay. Plus they were attentive, friendly, and engaging with our puppy. I wish we could have continued to see them instead of our vet at home. I would highly recommend them.

I will admit, this was my first time ever bringing a pet to the vet. But they made the experience SO easy and gave us a good education, as well. THANK YOU!!!

I live in Middeton. When I asked for recommendations on Facebook, this clinic was the most popular by far. I spoke personally to several of those who live in the west side of Madison. My question was if the drive was worth it. The answers were a resoundingly yes!! When I called to make the appointment, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When I arrived at Village Animal Clinic, I could see what everyone was talking about. The love and care they gave to my dog was amazing. The depth of knowledge Dr. Mort shared was impressive. She answered all of my question and gave advice personalized for my dog's mixed breed and his personality, which she determined by her thoughtful questions for me. She gave me choices and made me feel like I was a partner in the medical plan for my dog. She valued what I said, and I felt respected. The cost was competitive and less then many vets in the area. I was really pleased. I am looking forward to a long relationship with my dog Charlie, Dr. Mort, and the staff there. I will recommend the clinic to anyone who asks. (and, yes, the drive was definately worth it!!)

I had a great experience I'm from out of town and I called them up and they were able to get me in right away. Stop very friendly very thorough. I don't remember the Vets name but she explain everything in detail about my dog and I'm so glad that they were available to me thank you.

Picked up kitty food had to stay in the car becuase of covid but brought the big bag out to my car which was wonderful as I have a very bad back.Thanks again for being so helpful!

They did a great job helping my crazy Jack Russell, prompt friendly service.

They were able to fit me in the next day when we moved to the area. It wasn't urgent, but it shouldn't have waited two weeks, which is the best another vet in town could do. They are friendly and reasonable and we will be using them for all of our pets in the future.

We have been with Village Animal Clinic for many years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else in Oregon. We miss Dr. Mike being at this clinic more often but the "new" vet is also very good.
