They were very easy to work with and knew how to treat my dogs broken toenail right away. I had a few questions after his procedure and they answered all of my questions and concerns.

Great vet hospital with more availability than most (they were able to get me in within the same week), and a doggy daycare attached to boot! Prices are standard and fair for the Madison area, and the staff really seem to enjoy their jobs and are passionate about animals. Overall a great choice for your pet vet needs in Fitchburg!

Every vet doctor is knowledgeable, good listener, responsive and friendly. All techs and support staff also are very helpful and friendly. Two friends that we referred here also had great experiences!

I brought my bearded dragon here to establish care with Dr. Lukas a couple months ago. Dr. Is very knowledgeable and thorough. She addressed every concern I had. She answered all my questions and we came up with a plan of care together. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Lukas performed a surgery on my bearded dragon today and it went well. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to establish care for their pet especially if it is an exotic pet. I also was very pleased that the total cost stayed in the estimate that was quoted.

We missed an appointment for our puppy and you guys sent a bill for $69. Avoid this place.

I cannot express enough how impressed I was this clinic and all the staff! This was my first time at the clinic and I brought with me an old dog with a laundry list of medications and enough medical history to fill a novel. Not only did they get us in on short notice, but there was no waiting, we got in right away, and Dr. Brown was fantastic! He did more than just diagnose the issue, but explained the science behind what was causing it, laid out a clear treatment plan, and even had the affected area cleaned. Our old girl is doing fantastic, and I will be making Fitchburg Veterinary Hospital our primary vet. Would give more stars if I could!

They take good care of our pets when we visit, and they've called after appointments to check up on our animals, which is a nice touch. I like that we can gain points to use for future discounts!

If I email them with a non emergency concern I get a quick reply back. They are always very concerned and do their very best to help with whatever situation arises.

Just moved to Madison from out of state. Needed a vet quick for my new kitten. The Fitchburg veterinarian hospital was prompt, friendly and very helpful. The price isn't bad either. I highly recommend the doctors here, the quality of care was wonderful and they answered all my questions and concerns without a hint of frustration. My kitten didn't even notice her shot as she munched on a tasty treat and played.

I've used this place for my dog's vet for the last couple years and I'm very happy with the service we have received. The establishment is always clean and the staff are always very helpful. They are only doing curb-side service (they take your pet in for exams/whatnot and bring them out to you) right now due to covid, and it feels like a good precaution rather than being in a small exam room with a couple people.

I have always enjoyed Fitchburg veterinary hospital. They have always been great with our pets and have been very easy to schedule with. They work my dogs in for vaccines and check ups right from Waggintails Daycare so I don't have to make a special trip. Very happy with the care my puppers get!

Wonderful care for our cats over many years. Thoughtful and kind, and they know their stuff! Recently after a visit, Dr. Boyle called us to explain details of tests in understandable language and that was very helpful.
