Poor communication from staff, very rude and not accommodating. Not up front about pricing. For a first time client for my 1 year old dog, will never go back. They lost my business for two dogs due to this issue. Vet tech hung upon me, and the receptionist Jessica was rude the day before. Getting a manger to call you back is impossible. As a person who works in the customer service world I’m completely mind boggled how these people could care for puppies.

Like this place but they are always busy and never on time for appointments. Sick of curb side appointments and being required to wear a mask if you want to come in. How do we know you are doing what you are billing for!!!

Our puppy went to puppy kindergarten here and it was a great experience for both her and us. She learned a lot and so did we. We are already loyal to another vet in our area but Country View has been extremely helpful to us in raising our dog.

I went to CVV because my dog had a cut on his pad that was starting to show early signs of infection, so wanted to get some antibiotics for him. $650 later, I leave with multiple x-rays of his heart and unnecessary blood panels. Completely unethical, time to find a new vet.

We boarded our dogs here over our vacation and while they were here they gave our puppy a rabies vaccine without calling to ask our permission. Had they done this, we would have told them she had already had a rabies shot and it was not necessary. After this miscommunication they were not sorry or sympathetic to the fact that two rabies vaccinations could be harmful in a short period of time. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Brought my puppy here for laparoscopic spaying. Fantastic service and the puppy recovered so fast. Will do this for all future dogs! Staff very professional.

Used to love this vet for our dogs. So much so that when they recommended their on site trainers we forked over over a thousand dollars for their board and train program for our 2 dogs that had been fighting. Well, they boarded the dogs together even though they were there for issues, and low and behold they fought causing open wounds on my smaller dog. Not only did we incur new medical costs, they refused to refund us for the remainder of the week. Even after threatening to not use their veterinary services anymore. Do NOT recommend.

This is a great place to take your pets to. The Vet and vet technician are very friendly and caring . When my cat got sick they took it in even though their schedule was full and work extra for my cat. The Veterinary is very knowledgeable and explained in detail of my cat condition and treatments options. The price of the clinic is reasonable. This clinic help make a bad situation better. Highly recommended.

My cat and I both love this place, though it's a bit of a drive from Madison, but we wouldn't go anywhere else for boarding. We go to the Pet Care Animal Hospital at 7530 Mineral Point Road in Madison - many of the same folks at both - for my cat's routine medical care.

They worked to fit our cat into an already busy day for them. Because of this, we didnt need to seek out much more expensive emergency vet services during a time when both my husband & I are jobless (Covid-19). Dr. Gunby was very thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, & kind. The techs we met were also very kind & helpful. Thank you!

This was my first appointment as new patient. Was not informed prior that I could not accompany my dog in the clinic due to their covid policy. They took my pet & administered medicine without my prior consent & they trimmed her nails as a complementary no charge service without my consent. She is elderly with health issues & I feel that this clinic assumed they could do whatever they chose to my pet since I was not allowed to say no to their actions beforehand.

Got our dog in for emergency surgery and took great care of him.

I had both of my dogs here to be groomed. One of them is a special needs pup with neurological and behavioral issues. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that both dogs were safe, discussed special needs that needed to be addressed while making sure the comfort of their other animals was not compromised. Great service and passionate practice with common sense. Thank you

A phenomenal veterinary clinic that has wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable staff. They can provide care for your little 4 legged furry friend to your prized race horse or dairy cow. Great boarding options and excellent hours of operation. I highly recommend this location to anyone who has a pet they love and needs proper medical care.

Everyone here is so nice and they do everything they can to treat our cats the best and go out of their way to explain our treatment options and ensure we're comfortable with plans for taking care of our cats.

They really care about all animals big and small. I have always had great experiences with them. They explain everything and go over all of the options of care. Once when I really needed things to be affordable they worked with me to try things out with my kitty instead of overly prescribe procedures. The very first thing they suggested, plus a urine test and they had the answer. Another vet clinic wanted to do an entire work up which would be $600 off the bat and his suspicions turned out to be wrong. Love these guys
