My dog is a very important member of our family. When our Veterinarian retired we started looking for a new one that matched the high standards and awesome services we were so trusting and used to. We were recommended to Suburban Animal Hospital and we are so happy to have found them. Thank you????

We were in there months ago for routine checkup, a walk-in and felt like we were pressured into unnecessary tests and items. When we questioned vet Angelina, she came off as pompous and a know it all, making us feel like we had no right to question her. When we continued to question because of this demeanor she began to talk very fast in a high pitch voice and ultimately said that you can leave if you do not like it. After doing some research it turns out she went school out of the US. Looks like someone could not academically make it here now has some student loans to pay off. Not very knowledgeable and cannot be trusted. Will not come back and recommend you stay away from this place. We made a review on Yelp but they hide reviews, you need to look at those hidden reviews to see what we seen as well after going here.

The lack of compassion at this office is unbelievable. They need to hire someone at the front desk who is courteous and professional. I will no longer be taking my puppy here.

We had an emergency when I got home from work...thankfully we were able to see the doctor and get it taken care of!! Happy dog, happy mom!!

I had to put my dog down. They were very patient and very understanding. They gave me time to say my goodbyes to her. And they insured me that her ashes would be spreaded properly

I arrived because my dog was hit by a car, and was badly injured. This was unfortunately the nearest vet. I am grateful the doctor did care for my injured dog in this emergency situation. But I will never come here again or recommend this location. I have never been treated so rudely. Not only did the front desk person not allow my two small children to sit inside in a completely empty office (two small kids sitting in the car crying,) she has the audacity to continue her rudeness inside. Then when I finally told her that I did not appreciate the treatment she starts yelling at me. Then the vet comes out her office and tells her and me to shut up and stop arguing… if my dog was not dying I probably would have lost it. Then after my dog received care the same lady comes out being rude again to take my payment.

They fit my dog in out of kindness. All the staff was very friendly and caring. I will be taking my dog here from now on.

Dr. Sanese is an amazing, attentive and confident Veterinarian. You will not be disappointed.

They failed to come to me in my car after seeing me and checking my pat in. When I called to ask if I could go to the bathroom so I won't get missed I was accused if leaving. They refused to see my cat. The doctor that retired is going to be very missed he was the best this new girl is mean.

I understood not letting owners in during the height of the pandemic. Today we were told by a tech that at the end of the summer the doctor will then reevaluate letting owners in. Seriously? It seems to me she is using the pandemic as an excuse. It is probably easier to have owners wait outside. I'm now looking for a new vet that will allow us in. Many are doing so

I was a client when Dr. Angelina T. Senese took over the business and try to get the business up to speed with new technology, and I felt her and her small staff at the time were very nice and caring, But now that she’s making it big time and has a full staff she’s to good to return my calls, I’m no longer waiting for her response I’m taking my business elsewhere to someone who actually cares about their clients and pets, this place has lost a client and will never return, keep this in mind Angie for those you step on the way up your gonna meet on the way down, Fake kindness is not welcomed here!! ????????????????

Suburban Animal Hospital is a great place. They are very compassionate and helpful with their explanations of health care for your animal. I am very satisfied with their services in helping me keep my cat that I found 10 years ago happy and healthy.

My dog seemed comfortable even with her tests. The vet seemed to be very caring and gental
