Love it at wiggly. Super friendly staff, reservations are easy to get and our pups come home exhausted!

I stopped in get daycare/boarding information and a tour of the facility, was extremely disappointed with the front desk lady. I was told you need to make an appointment to see the facility and meet with someone to get information, hours to do so are 9am - 10:40am or from 1pm - 2:30pm, all during working hours. I was able to have my spouse stop in during his lunch 12:15 or I get off by 2:30pm and asked if I could make it at 3, I was told no because it’s there busy time. I had stoped in there at 3:15pm and no one was in there or had come in during this time. Very disappointed as I’m new to area and looking for my pet to play. I will also mention that I did not see that you need to make an appointment to view the facility, what are they hiding??

My dog loves Wiggly Tails. She always makes a friend. The staff is courteous and friendly and always prompt in their responses. Highly recommend

Great place for my dog!

I brought my pug here this past week. I really like the daily report cards they give out to update you on your pet. Wiggly Tails Dog Dogcare is extremely trusting, and I highly recommend them with your pet. They are wonderful.

I recently had to board my dog there for the first time. Beau goes to camp here usually around once a week and he loves it. When we turn on to Shermer he’s already excited and ready to get out and play. It’s hard to find people you trust and this place goes above and beyond so you know your fur baby is safe. The report cards and the quick kind way in which they respond to emails or calls is why I would tell everyone this is where you should bring your dog.

Staff is wonderful and it has been a godsend to me to have a place for my very energetic puppy. He loves to go there and he has become such a socialized dog as a result.

Went to have my pup evaluated to see if he could do day care and the owner also talked to me and found out I do dog walking and was nice enough to say he will let people know that I do dog walk. (We as a community need to support each other!) Seems like my pup will be happy to be there!

My dog Maya just returned after her Spring Break stay at Wiggly Tails. She had a great time thanks to the care and support of everyone there. She is a little shy, but everyone on the staff made her stay as smooth as possible. Having the webcam was terrific. The daily report cards gave me an update on how her day was. Knowing that she was in good hands, enabled me to have a great vacation.

I have had several dogs and have used several boarding facilities over the years. My puppy is 4 1/2 months old so I was worried about leaving her somewhere she’d be in a kennel most of the day but then I found Wiggley Tails. She visited and didn’t want to leave. She stayed 6 days. They sent great reassuring daily report cards. While they are more expensive it is worth every penny. Each and every person from Wiggley Tails I had contact with was kind and knowledgeable and wonderful with my puppy. I will definitely used their boarding and daycare again.

I have been taking my 5 month old puppy to Wiggly Tails a couple mornings each week. It is a great opportunity for her to socialize with other dogs and for me to get some work done. She loves it! Drop off and pick up is easy, Staff is friendly and responsive, I get to check her out on webcams periodically, and she got her nails trimmed today too! I expect to use more of their services over time including full day and boarding services.

My pets have been going to wiggles tails for 10 years. They are so excited to go, and are well taken care of. I love the cameras so I can see them in action. I trust these people with my dogs!

Our dog LOVES going to Wiggly Tails. They do an unbelievable job grooming him and he has the best time at day care or when boarding. Everyone that works there is so sweet and good with the dogs, you can see how happy they are! We have been long time customers - 15+ years! We would not bring our dog anywhere else!

Our dog runs into Wiggly Tails and hates to leave! The staff and owners are so friendly, they know our dog by name and our dog knows them! We feel so comfortable leaving our dog at Wiggly Tails to board when we go away and would not bring him anywhere else to be groomed. A fantastic place. Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Jamie, loves being at "camp" with his buddies when we are away. He gets to play outdoors (weather permitting) with his friends all day and sleeps well at night. Fun to find him on the web-cam.

Our girl has been going to Wiggly Tails for eight years, and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. She always comes home tired and happy. When we bring her there, she walks right in without prodding. She doesn't do that at places she doesn't like! Everyone there is friendly and professional. They respond promptly to all calls and emails. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Wiggly Tails is. I began taking my first dog to Wiggly Tails when she was a puppy 15 years ago, and I am still a very loyal customer. In addition to always being friendly and professional, the staff cares so much about each and every animal. My dog practically knocks me over bounding out of the car when we pull in,so excited for a day of play. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for either daycare or boarding.

We came here the day before our wedding/husband’s birthday. Chanel invited us up on stage and proceeded to read us. It was the highlight of the trip!! She even had us all do shots! Amazing time with all the queens. Thank you, ladies, for making this trip so memorable. We will be back!

After moving to the suburbs six years ago, we were concerned our dog would miss his daily dog walker. At the time, he also did not love going to the dog daycare in the city; he would always get very anxious and wanted to leave. Boarding was also not an option back then. In a pinch, we found Wiggly Tails through reviews and cautiously decided to give it a try. After passing his behavioral assessment (phew!), our dog started going to daycare, and eventually, boarding as well. He LOVED it. Every time we started driving in that direction, he would start whimpering in the car with excitement. Now that my husband and I are working from home more often, we have limited our dog's visit to Wiggly Tails. However, we just took him back for the first time in a few months and he was literally jumping out of the car with excitement! Based on the complete 180 in his behavior at Wiggly Tails v. the daycare in the city, it's clear that there's something special about Wiggly Tails and the folks that take such great care of all of the pups!

We love Wiggly Tails. Our terrier was new to the daycare scene and this crew welcomed him with open arms! They will make sure your dog is safe, having the time of his/her life, and your pup will be dragging you back, literally. We love you, Wiggly tails! Parker, Olivia, and Chase.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We use Wiggly Tails for occasional daycare, and it is the only place I would board our boxers. The staff know my dogs by name, and it’s obvious that the staff are knowledgeable and caring. In fact, we have to be careful when we arrive because if the windows of the car are open, both dogs would (and have!) jumped out to sprint towards the door, tiny boxer tails and bums wagging uncontrollably in excitement. The communication we get while our dogs are at Wiggly Tails is excellent, and that’s so reassuring. They pay attention to the wants and needs and health of the dogs, and they have contacted us whenever they have had any questions or concerns. I have recommended Wiggly Tails to families and I will continue to do so. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our sweet boys!

I love Wiggly Tails! They really personalize the experience for your dog to make sure he's in the right play group. If he gets overwhelmed and needs some quiet time, they give it to him. My dog is so excited when I ask him if he wants to go to daycare and it great ongoing socialization for him When I need to board him, I take comfort in knowing that he's not in a crate all day! Boarders get to be at daycare all day long, and by the end of the day, they just want to sleep anyways. I cannot say enough good things about Wiggly!

My dog Pumpkin loves Wiggly Tails for daycare and for occasional boarding. She is always so excited when we turn down the street and she can’t wait to get inside. The staff is always very professional and truly seems to enjoy the dogs. When I leave my pup there, I have complete confidence she will be well cared for and will feel safe and comfortable.
