I was a nervous wreck having to board my senior lab Lia for a week. She is 14 and showing signs of her age. I picked her up today and it's obvious they took great care of her! She was clean, happy, and even had more of a hop in her step. I'll definitely use them again. They were all so caring and sweet.

I took my dog here for years trying to figure out what was wrong with her, she had “fatty tumors” so after bringing her in they said everything was fine. After MRIs and X-RAYS they said she was fine after biopsy’s she was fine... she wasn’t she had her whole body taken over by cancer when we finally went to a new vet.

Today was my third visit to this practice. I was satisfied following the first two visits, but today when Dr. Preiser explained my cat Nicholas' situation to me after asking a number of pertinent questions, I was more than impressed. I also spent a lot of time with technician "Danny" (Danielle?) who does her job extremely well and was very patient with me at a difficult time. Above all, Dr. Preiser is the most compassionate vet I have ever met.

I love the vets there, they really care about the animals. They're not the cheapest but it worth it

After a bad experience at another vet, Preiser was top-notch! Good COVID precautions, the vet thoroughly explained my pet's condition to me over the phone while I waited safely in my car, and the vet tech was very kind, helpful, and patient. My experience there couldn't have been better! It's a weight off my mind to have found a veterinarian's office I can trust.

My seven year old newfoundland has seen multiple vets over the years and Dr. Preiser is by far the best. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. Scarlett has bad environmental allergies which resulted in numerous skin infections, ear infections, and finally a very serious infection. Dr. Preiser is extremely attentive and thorough. She always follows up after an appointment and checks in to see how Scarlett is doing. When Scarlett developed a resistant infection, she could have continued to treat Scarlett herself, but knew it was best for Scarlett to see a specialist and told me she recommends bring her to a specialist. She has continued to check in while Scarlett was under the care of the specialist and it is apparent that she truly cares for the animals she treats (and their people). She is very kind, knowledgeable, and fair. She's been fair about the cost of treatment, telling me my options and how much different tests cost before doing them. She has also told me different products to try that could be ordered from Amazon or chewy.com when she could have easily told me to buy products from her practice instead. I trust her and her staff to give my dog the best care possible. A huge bonus is that Scarlett LOVES going to Preiser Animal Hospital. In the past, she used to cry when we would arrive at the vet. Now when we arrive at Preiser Animal Hospital she gets excited and thinks she is going somewhere fun. During the pandemic, she has had to go inside without me. She enters and exits the building with her tail wagging. I would recommend Preiser Animal Hospital to any animal owner looking for a good vet.

Had to leave my dog for 10 days after and bite incident. They took very well care of him and I would highly recommend!

We had to put our cat down. They were incredible, so understanding and caring. They made a very hard experience a little easier. I would highly recommend them.

They care.They listen. They answer questions. They do their best to figure out the best way to help in times of health crisis. They are friendly with humans and they are gentle with animals.

We continue to be blown away by the service from everyone at Preiser. Our dog has really bad allergies and had a bad flare up this week. I called and they said their next opening was Friday, but asked what was going on with our pup. I told them and she didn’t even hesitate to squeeze us in the next day. They are keeping pet parents in the car during the covid pandemic, and their whole process is very seamless. Dr. Barry called and talked with us after she saw our dog. She explained in great detail what was going on. We’ve been so worried about his health and she put us at ease telling us exactly what was going on without us even having to ask. It means a lot that everyone at Preiser understands our pup is part of our family.

We have taken our Dog's here before, service is good. However my 3 star rating is because I needed to get my GSD neutered because he was cryptorchid. I understand the implications and the work of getting the procedure done. When I got a estimate from at least 6 vet. Hospitals they were by far the most expensive by at least $500. I was disappointed. Hope you guys can get your prices in order and not try to price gouge customers. I got the procedure done at another place for $350.00 with medication and a E. collar.

They've been our vet since we moved to Illinois and they've always been great at getting our dogs in when needed and are all friendly and great. From the vet techs to the front desk and all the vets we have seen there- everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!
