Really helpful staff, and a very clean store.. I was in the market for a new Koi. And I ended up buying 2 butterfly koi. Lovely store all around

Dropped my dog off at 12:30 for a bath and trim and at 4:30 they called me telling me she would be done at 5. So what was she doing for 4 hours? Also told them not to trim her ears and they did. Will not be going there again.

Really good store! Robert helped me out picking fish for my grandson’s tank. Very knowledgeable and polite. Store is clean with large selection. Prices are very competitive but then again why cut corners for pets. Thanks Robert!

I've purchased a PetSmart Pet ID tag for all of my dogs. Big, easy-to-read and incredibly durable. There really is none better and I tell everyone who asks about them.

I always do my grooming here and I’ve never had a bad experience. Violet is the one I try to book with as much as possible and she remembers my pet every time we come in. Today, I also made a pet supply run and Jack was very knowledgeable about the product assortment. This petsmart does carry CBD for pets and Doggijuana. Excited to try both!

Disappointed in selection on some foods and other items. Overall store was clean and easy to navigate.

Always out of our cat treats! Have to now go to another store because they no longer carry them with no explanation.

I have used PetSmart Tags for about 10 years now, and I won't buy anything less than the best. They ARE the best.

Place is really clean and staff was friendly, I don't like how the bird habitat is near the ground, dogs can bother them cause them to be stressed.

Prices have improved. Some deals.

Great staff, but prices are just too high. If you don't need it that day, chewy, amazon, etc is significantly cheaper for most items.

Great store to get your pet supplies or pets from. I got my guinea pigs and they are extremely adorable.

Everyone here is always nice and helpful! Love that they carry Bil Jac dog food. I won’t buy anything else.

A little expensive for me

I was about to go on a driving trip with my cat and needed a soft-sided carrier and a harness. Petsmart had nice choices for both. The carrier worked out great and was a much better alternative to my big hard-wired one. However the harness, with its velcro closure, didn't last 5 minutes on my little Houdini. That is the manufacturer's fault though, not Petsmart's. This was a convenient and easy trip to get what I needed...easy location off a main toad.

Went in Friday to purchase food for my dogs. In this current Covid-19 crisis and in Illinois, the store employee checking me out wasn’t wearing any kind of face covering or any kind of protection. No one else was around at the checkout lanes or to help out with carrying the bags of food. I’ll just get my dog food elsewhere as I help out a health- vulnerable family and can’t afford to get sick. Truly irresponsible.

I will post pictures that I took on 2/7/20 at 7:30PM because I was so infuriated when I saw MULTIPLE beta fish in such horrific, abusive conditions. The pet care manager, Joseph, has been consistently neglectful, inattentive towards the animals, and is a waste of the company pay roll. I have pointed out to other management staff on numerous occasions, that I have seen animals under his care with bone dry water bowls, empty food bowls and showing signs of illness. I have seen numerous dead animals on display for sale, with absolutely deplorable habitats, showing at least a few days, if not weeks, of ZERO upkeep.

I typically do not shop at this PetSmart store, but I will likely return based on my very positive interaction with the cashier this morning: friendly, helpful, encouraging!

i’ve been going to pet smart for my dogs whole life. he is 14. never had a problem. i told the lady to cut short(i’ve always said that) i pick him up and she shaved him to the point when u could see his skin. he is a fluffy dog and now he looks like a rat do not go to this location DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. very very disappointed ????????????

Horrible! walked in and wasn't. greeted at all! Not to mention employees couldn't be found and as I was walking to get my dog some food, seen some employees on their phone. I asked for a specific item and didnt bother to walk with me and they just pointed where it was. Will never come back. Horrible management!

They have a large selection and it is generally a good, clean store. Prices are a bit high compared to Chewy.com.

This is a great Petsmart! Always has everything I need. Lots of selection. My daughters favorite thing about this store is all of the animals!
