I was picking up a couple of items for my son and had not been to Petco for a number of years. I was lucky and a customer service rep helped me out since there were many customers in the store. He was so helpful. Therefore, my experience was 5 star!

GROOMING SERVICES ONLY: Cancelled my grooming reservation 10 minutes before the scheduled time that I made 3 weeks ago. but they mass text me reminders and a reminder the day of the grooming. Skokie PETCO old me they would call me to reschedule but no one did. No One answers the phone to reschedule. Can it get any worse?

Great customer service! They did a great job grooming my puppy! They also offer great classes to train puppies. The trainer is super nice and very knowledgeable.

Like the store but the prices are ridiculous. Setup is cluttered.

I have taken my dog to Petco for nails trimmed and the do not put him on the stand, they do his nails on the floor. THIS TIME the 2 girls said no for the floor. For 6 years others have trimmed his nails on the floor

I got a great service with my groomer Victoria Howerton. She completely done such a great job with Elvis. I always take Elvis to her for all my grooming needs. Request her service. She is great.

i tried to call and see if they have rodents and he immediately said no and i tried to say thank you for ur time but before i can even talk they hung up on me

Just left the store, was trying to buy frontline plus to my dog but I couldn’t! The employees lost the key where the product is stored. After waiting a long time, they didn’t find it.

Horrible grooming salon. If you want normal customer service don't come to this Petco!!!

They had a cat food that my previous pet store stopped selling and they had a variety of it that I've been wanting to try for my cats that I couldn't find anywhere. I'll be going back more often.

I love the 25% discount and convenience of being able to order online and pickup in the store. My order is always correct and ready to go and the staff is super friendly.

Though the price on the brand of dog food I wanted was consistent with other pet stores, Petco had an online special deal which helped me save 25% (buy online / pick up in store), plus they have a "buy 8 bags get 1 free" which is a nice promotion to keep you coming back. When I went in to pick up my order, the Skokie Petco staff greeted me upon entry, was friendly and helpful. I shopped for other items while there and they have everything you need for your pet. Overall it was a quick and easy process and I would shop with Petco again.

Very nice crew over there I went there for a brush for my cats who are shedding so much. He gave me good advice and took his time for explaining everything.

Full service with lots of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They're pricing is sometimes different on their website, so make sure to check if they have a better deal. They do price match and were happy to do so for me. Overall very satisfied with my experience here.

Decent selection of products, especially nicer ones. Prices are a little high compared to online stores but not unreasonable. The store could probably use a remodel.

The offers that are sent to me in the emails should be valid in store without me having to physically go in store n look for the specific items thsts in the sales email and have to purchase in emails. They should be able to validate at the register without having to figer out is there a bar code to scan or not and for some reason my account never shows up when I get to the register.

Very friendly people that work there and the store is fun to just look through. Will definitely shop there again soon.
