Always very helpful. Figured out covid with taking the animals inside without the owners but having individuals help get the animals and chat with the owners. I always feel that I am getting top notch service.

I can't believe this watch man fixed my Army Swiss watch in 8 minutes and is working fine. Russ knows what he is doing and mostly fix while you wait???????????? thank you Russ for taking care of me. I highly recommend this place.

Efficient drop off. Staff kept me informed of everything that was happening. Treatment helped my pet. Great experience all around.

I’ve been taking out mature cat here for a few years. This is a straight forward animal clinic. Everyone, especially the vets, are very nice and caring. I highly recommend!

I cannot even express how much I love the staff at Northbrook Animal Clinic. We have been taking our four year old rescue dog to see them since we first adopted her. They have always been so caring and take amazing care of our baby. If you are looking for a vet in Northbrook, this is the place to go!!!

Dr. Jones was incredible and I have nothing but good things to say about him. So I am torn about not being able to give 5 stars. The reason I am giving two stars is because Dr. Korfist was extremely rude. Unfortunately, due to her lack of bedside manner I will no longer take my dog to this vet. I don’t appreciate being spoken to like I’m a child. Her arrogance was off putting and for that they lost my families business.

Dr Jones was absolutely excellent. Incredibly friendly, down to earth and caring for our pup and for us! Extremely reasonable pricing as well. Nothing but good things to say!

All of the doctors are wonderful. Our dog was in such pain. Dr. Jones did a wonderful job making him feel better and got one of his technicians to board our dog since we were leaving town the next day. Tucker has been going there since he was a baby and I would not take my dog anywhere else.

Caring and helpful staff. While I hate that they're next to Dundee Road (it's a bit too busy and I'm terrierfied (get it) that my dog will run into traffic to escape going to the vet, the staff here is caring and compassionate. I've found them willing to take calls with questions, calling back quickly, and they have had no issue with working with my dog's insurance (yes, really). They always seem interested in his health and don't mind working with me to protect it.

Last summer this vet office saved the life of my elderly dachshund when she was attacked by another dog. we were new patients but they took us in like we had been coming there for a decade. The costs were reasonable and the team there was wonderful and everybody was incredibly kind. Dr. K even came in on a Sunday to change my dog’s bandages and they did not charge me anything crazy at all. Six months later Dr. K did nine extractions and cleaned the same little dachshund’‘s teeth and she is almost 16 years old and four days later she has completely bounced back and is happy and eating. I can’t say enough nice things about this practice — loving, ethical, skilled and reasonable. i’m so happy that we live so close to them????

I don't know how i would have made it through 3 cats in a row needing end of life monitoring and comfort, without their knowledge of pets and THE HUMAN COMPONENT. The journey continues.

Great docs who genuinely love the animals

Wonderful staff and so understanding of my girl's needs! The first interaction is always the front of the house, and Kristy(sp?) was wonderful! My babies are in great hands every time!

This is just an excellent place to take your animal. Staff excellant and caring as well as the doctor.

Great first experience at a new veterinarian for our 1 year old boxer lab mix. Personable on the phone and in person. Professional and welcoming. Great demeanor with our dog, great info and process. Always worried when you move to a new place with these services. Lucky that we tried this out and 5 minutes away from our new house.

My puppy gets amazing care here. They'll let us know when we have to come in and are happy to deal with things by phone as needed. A real convenience. They're totally on top of everything!

Best vet ever. I drive from Waukegan to visit this vet. Extremely knowledgeable Compassionate and patient. We have cats, 2 of which they helped cross over, 1 15 year old who still thinks she is kitten and another that we adopted from them as an adult. I can't say enough about this vet. They are wonderful.
