Such an awesome experience for my dog and myself great doctors super kind and knowledgeable I won't go anywhere else

I'm a new client but I can already tell I'll be a loyal one! Everyone is so wonderful with my Sadie. I know she's in good hands here!

All the folks at North Shore Family Pet always are super helpful and eager to answer any questions you may have regarding your pet. My dog once had an allergic reaction to a bee sting, which we didn't identify until the middle of the night. Not only did NSFP recommend a location to go to in off-hours, they followed up afterwards to see how he was doing! Awesome customer service!

Great vet. Doctors are knowledgeable and very nice.

The Docs are standard. Pricing is through the roof and they constantly peddle basic off-the-shelf products at an extreme mark-up which is absurd because you can do a simple web search and find the exact same for 6x cheaper. Just makes you feel like they care more about your money than the care of your pets. That old saying 'you get what you pay for' certainly does not apply here. I'll be headed over to Kohn (5 star rated).

Dr Pepich was outstanding with my special needs terrified dog. She made every accommodation possible to make him comfortable!

I'm so glad we went to North Shore Family Pet! We moved to the area recently and needed to find a new vet for our cat. I had heard great things about North Shore and was not disappointed. Dr. Goldrick was awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things and answer questions. All of the staff were very courteous and professional as well. The entire process from booking to the appointment itself ran very smoothly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

After several visits in the past several years, we've had nothing but positive experiences at North Shore Family Pet Hospital. Dr Gardner has been exceedingly kind, and you can tell she cares a lot about her patients. We've also had a dental cleaning/removal, and our pup came home healthy, happy and we are so thankful to have a great vet nearby.

Wonderful Dr.s and staff. Would highly recommend. They can always get you in for an appointment, even last minute. Caring, friendly and nice facility. Easy parking, as well.

In my experience, most veterinarians and vet technicians are kind, caring and interested in their patients. However, while I have always found the staff at North Shore Family Pet to fulfill those goals and more, my recent personally difficult experience with my long-time pet’s final illness was handled and approached with even more skill, caring, patience and empathy at NSFP. From the first time that I spoke on the phone with Anna, a truly wonderful vet tech at NSFP, through the many difficult treatment options and decisions needed, she was a very caring, compassionate, involved, knowledgeable and empathetic stand out. And then there is Dr. Pepich, one of the newer veterinarians at NSFP, who was also patient, took the time time to answer questions, and she was very caring, professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and possesses a wonderful “bed side manner” for both patient and patient’s keeper. My pet truly was fortunate to be under their care. Both of these dedicated women need to be “rated” as 10 out of 10 as pet healthcare professionals - and communicators with pet caregivers and roommates. And the very fine attention also extends to Emmy, one of the receptionists. I very highly recommend both Anna and Dr. Pepich, and North Shore Family Pet.

Super friendly and really knowledgeable staff with doctors my dogs can't live without. If you live in the area with pets, count on them.

Wonderful Vets. The front desk is always willing to help and very friendly. The techs are great with my dog, especially with Covid and they have to come out to get her.

My initial experience with North Shore Family Pet Hospital was for a consultation with Dr. Bannow. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I felt like every staff person was attentive, caring and courteous to both myself and my pup, Daisy. Dr. Bannow took her time answering all my questions and provided her recommendations and guidance for my concerns. I left feeling relieved and confident in the overall care for Daisy. My second experience was when my pup got into some chocolate accidentally left within her reach. I called and they immediately had me speak with a vet tech who advised we come in ASAP. They induced vomiting, gave her fluids and some other medications to help prevent any other negative side effects. I have never had such a scary incident in the 11 years of owning our sweet girl and they took such good care of her promptly and completely. She was completely fine and suffered no side effects, thankfully. Overall, my family HIGHLY recommends North Shore Family Pet Hospital and Dr. Bannow. We are so thankful to have found you all. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for doing what you do so well and with such love; it is felt by those who come to you seeking expert advice and care.

Great Vet. I have seen every DR there and love them all. Personable, attentive and gentle to your pets. Their receptionists and follow up are always spot on as well.

I thought the staff and facilities were good, but of all the vet/animal hospitals I've been too, this one was very expensive. I take my two Frenchies to Kohn's now.

My dog Woody is so well taken care of here. All the vets are amazing! But his primary vet is Dr. Schecter and he is phenomenal. They will not put your pets on random medication that is not needed. They will always do what is in your and your pets best interest. I could not give them a higher rating if I tried! Thank you to everyone at the office. All of the vet techs and receptionists are also incredible. Highly recommend!

My dog loves going to see the vets at North Shore. Everyone who works there from the front desk to the doctors are friendly and caring.

I trust NSFPH with all my pets. My favorite doctor is Ben Shector. All the doctors are great.

Love North Shore Family Pet so much! They are in my 5 most frequently contacted because I call so much over appointments or tests or just simple questions for my three dogs. Everybody from reception to the vets themselves are incredibly kind and passionate. We see Dr. Gardner and every time we see her it's so great to see she remembers us with all of the other patients she has. One of our dogs is also very touch sensitive and gets crazy anxious over exams and shots. Another vet we saw said they weren't able to perform a blood test because four of their vet techs still couldn't keep him still. Took him to North Shore and it was a vet tech appt so we just dropped in on our scheduled day and they managed it just by taking him back quickly. Honestly they are so great and accommodating. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!

We've seen 3 of the 4 doctors and many of the technicians. The entire staff is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. My one-year old yorkipoo had GI issues this year which were pretty scary. I was completely supported by the staff at NSFP and was so grateful for their care.
