Me and my pets absolutely love this place. They service all 3 of my dogs, Mixie, Milo, and Maxwell. Dr. Baker and the team is great, and I would recommend them to everyone. I go to both locations, Hyde Park and the main one on Stony Island.

The staff is always so professional, and any staff member I have interacted with appears genuinely happy ???? I am so grateful for their exemplary service. They treat my fur baby like their very own!

DON'T GO HERE!!! They charged an enormous emergency appointment fee and still they were more than willing to let cat die!They are non caring and have an unprofessional attitude. HOWEVER, because of them I found the best vet in Chicago...Dr. Jewell & his staff at Pershing Animal Hospital. I suggest going there instead, he's great for cats???? and ????dogs!

My pet was taken care with such love. Those Vet Techs are sweet and professional.

My fur baby was injured and I was frantic, there was no assistance to me other than a slip of paper for intake 3300 north during rush hour and that they were not accepting any new patients. A business focused on your fur babies with no empathy; I believe this speaks volumes or maybe it's just me.

Love all the services Phoenix and I have recieved.Grooming with Cindy and staff has always been excellent, with all questions being answered and Phoenix looking great!

Wonderful staff, Covid conscious atmosphere. Very concerned with healing my cat. She's better now. So grateful.

The staff at this facility were very courteous. The dr took care of my lil chihuahua and all his surgical needs.

This review is about the rehab services and the rehab tech, Kimmie. Kimmie is the BEST. She is extremely knowledgeable and extremely caring. She always goes the extra mile for your pet. And she is a veterinary nurse as well, so she can give advice on other matters and really has a comprehensive understanding of your pet's needs. We have had three dogs who needed rehab services - water treadmill therapy, work on the "obstacle course," and laser -- and she significantly improved the life of all three. And when our young dog was ready to end rehab work (the other two were aged...), she told us so -- he "graduated" :) Thank you, Kimmie, for everything!

I used to take my dog here but will not continue to do due to negligence. A dog got eating here by another dog in the back and that's disgusting. How can something like this happened?? I left my dog here overnight and it terrifies me....I will no longer be a customer. I love my dog and animals deserve better. Trying to cover up a mess that happened! Shame on you!

Dr. Williams is da man. Been goin here for years and will continue to take my pup here for the rest of his life.

Call this joint in a crisis got a we're not taking new clients. Fors Gods sake my dog had just been hit by a vehicle not so much a a referral. I wouldn't take a dog there so to speak. -10 for customer care and animal kindness

Do yourself a favor and take your pets somewhere else!! Somewhere who truly care about your pet's well-being! All they want to do here its run unnecessary tests to take your money!! After spending over $1000 on one visit running tests. They never had the decency to call me to go over the results! After several tries they where able to return my phone calls! DO NOT BUY MEDICATION FROM THEM. YOU ASK FOR THE PRESCRIPTION AND BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The only complaint I have is I couldn't be in the clinic with my pet.

They were kind and caring to my cat as well as to me. I don't care that they don't let you see your pet giving their shots. What I'm paying for in the first place. I just gotta believe that they did what you asked them too.

My pet cat was running a fever and I had no idea what was wrong with her. I called hoping she could get some help. But I was told that they was not taking anymore clients (animals).I would have to take her up north or to the suburbs. Well I live in the city. They didn't care. She could have died. Our family dog was there and they told us to put her down. (Kill her).

Totally terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this office cause staff not customer friendly. All they want is to get ????

I love this place. They were great in caring for my two cats. They made sure that I was aware of each step of my cats treatment and the cost.

The staff is so friendly and professional... I would recommend them to this clinic! Simba had a emergency today and Dr Chatterjee, Stephanie and Jela were excellent! After checking Simba the Dr determined he was fine and we were not charged for the emergency service... they've remained open during COVID and really worked with Pawrents to ensure our fur baby.were cared for!

Quality of Service is terrible.

Uber friendly and professional. Loooved this last visit. Still curbside checkin, but my baby was in and out. My vet let me take all the time I needed answering my questions. I did notice this last time they didnt "suggest " a slew of extra services, no upselling, which I appreciated as I'm on a tight budget.

I have used Hyde Park Animal Hospital for my pet's medical needs, vascinations and boarding. Very pleased with the professionalism of vet doctors and staff.

I am so impressed with these vets; the staff work so hard and are truly compassionate. They are very busy so establish a relationship with them before you need them in an emergency. Take your pet to them and introduce. Don’t be deterred by the neighborhood, this is a first class place!

It's really discouraging when your dog needs allergy meds and you call to see if your dog can be seen.They tell you Were not seeing new patients now,Or for boarding he has to be nudered.

I took my 6 month old to get his second hair cut and OMG he was cute before but he is absolutely adorable since he was groomed. He now has a groomer, Cindy did an amazing job on Simba.

They really not concerned about your pet they just really want the money not a good place cuz my dog almost died another vet took my dog and save my dog life

Great staff & services. We feel safe & secure in knowing our dog is in good care with veterinarians & staff. There boarding prices are reasonable as well.

The waiting time was horrible I got there at 8:30am and wasn't seen until 4:30 pm
