Dr. Kilngsporn is a great vet. Always makes time for my dog and takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions.

The staff and doctor were very kind to me and my animal during an emotional visit.

I dont leave reviews but this deserves it. This clinic is highly unprofessional and doesnt care about animals, its just a check. I brought my kitten here for a check up with concerns of ear mites. Vet told me his ears are just dirty & there is no way he has ear mites. I went to my local pet supply store a few weeks later and turns out he did indeed have ear mites. My other kitten was brought in for diarrhea. I was concerned he had a parasite. Vet again said its probably just the change in food irritating him. I went to my local pet supply store and again, kitten tested positive for parasites. I shouldnt have come back but I did for a neuter. Immediately upon entering the facility, the girl at the front desk was horribly rude and talking down at me, she was also covered in purple hair dye. Her entire neck, hands, arms, ect were coated as if she just applied it to her body 15 minutes prior to clocking in. It was incredibly off putting and looked beyond dirty. When picking my cat up, the same purple hair woman was banging my cats carrier on every door she possibly could have. Zero concerns. I got some lab results I wanted explained, the vet answered my questions by yelling through the door of his office obviously annoyed. Overall horrible experiences, I wont be back. If you care about your animals, please find someone else. Your local pet supply store will do more for your animal than this place.

We discovered this vet not too long ago. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that work to keep our numerous pets healthy and happy. I like the veterinarian's approach to our pets' health - practical and geared to ensuring our pets live their best lives.

My dog suffered a seizure early this morning and needed to get into a vet ASAP. I went on line and found Northshore Animal care and was able to book a same day appointment. Dr. K was very kind and super sweet to Ralf. He listened to all my concerns and I felt confident leaving the vet Ralf was going to be ok. We have found a vet that we will continue to go to. Ralf loved Dr. K because he had a pocket full of treats ????

Second week I went there for my dog They know exactly what they’re doing I’m very happy I found this clinic Friendly people I recommend to everyone

The doctor is very gentle with our pets. He is honest about what procedures are needed and what will be excessive. Therefore, he keeps prices down.

Please do not go there. They ripped off $177 in one visit to treat our sick kitten. Their treatment (if any) did not do any good for our kitten. They are compassion less people with no good to deliver.

This is the absolute best vet in the Suburbs. I've had alot of dogs, and have been to several different vets..I would give Northshore Animal Care 10 stars. Dr Kingsport is very kind and patient.

Went in just for a vaccine, got charged for a full wellness visit. Wish they had explained up front.

We got our puppy about 3 months ago. Been going here for his shots and everything else. We live close by so it’s a nice and convenient location. The doctor is pretty friendly, you’re in and out pretty quickly. We only had to wait on our first day, probably was one of their busy days. One time our puppy had emergency visit and they were able to fit us in on a same day! Will probably continue to go here for all the vet visits

Sadly, we had to have our beloved pet of 17 years euthanized. We thought home euthanasia would be more peaceful and less stressful for our dog and ourselves. It truly was the best way to handle a terrible, hard decision and situation. We recommend anyone that needs this service and is able to do so use Northshore. Our “baby” was at home, in her bed with us there and she simply went “to sleep.” It was emotionally hard, but it was kinder and gentler and easier for having done it at home.

We've been taking our two pups here since they opened. The vet and his front office staff are super friendly and always on hand to answer any question you may have on your little ones. Our dogs seem to like the vet alot, despite the shots he gives them. He's very thorough and responsive in answering any questions we may have regarding our pets health and psychology. They also carry alternatives to some of the name brand heart worm and flea meds at a significant discount. I highly recommend this office as it seems they care about our little guys as much as us.

Easy to get appointments.. close to home. Caring doctor and staff

I have brought my dogs to this vet a few times now ranging from year exams to teeth cleaning and this morning related to problems my chihuahua suddenly started having. Everyone here is super nice, patient and available. The cost for teeth cleaning and a spay were significantly less expensive than vets in Northbrook charge and my dogs came out of these procedures beautifully. When my chihuahua was having problems, they saw me right away and the charge for the visit and medication was pretty minimal.
