Dr. Averill and staff are the absolute best. They took care of me and my pup after an unfortunate accident during the holidays. My dog was well cared for before, during and after surgery and I was communicated with every step of the way. Thank you Dr. Averill and team for being there when we needed you most!

I have not spoken to a more rude office manager as of late and my bill was not explained as how it got to be a $1000 for a 20 minute re-check on an otherwisehealthy dogs environment allergies.. I was charged a few hundred for an exam fee and another 64.00 to look in my dogs ear. The ear cleanse as promised was not included in the med bag and not acknowledged by vet when I called back. Don't waste your money on any of the allergy staff team here.

Dr. Averill was highly recommended by our vet. I'm very thankful for his expertise. Gracie's tumor was in a difficult area and the incision held up to messy post-op care and looks great. The outcome has been better than we expected! THANK YOU Dr. Averill and staff for responding quickly to questions and getting Gracie in so quickly.

On Nov 16th I was informed by my vet that she saw cancer on my Sampsons left rear leg. Per her recommendation I went immediately to see Dr Scott Averill at Med Vet for a biopsy . He took me the same day . I was terrified of loosing him after just loosing my granddaughter and needless to say I was a basket case. Dr Averill came out to the lot with us both in masks and informed me what he will be doing and next step will be to wait for pathology report. He was such a calming force as I cried with fear. His staff called me and were so professional and kind to me. When they brought him out such caring young ladies. After the biopsy report came back I had to make the difficult decision of what to do next. Dr Averill gave me all the options and after much research I made an informed decision and had Dr Averill amputate Sampsons back left leg on the 10th of Dec. Sampson walked out that same day for me to take home. His recovery is a miracle and I truly believe that it was the expertise of Dr Averill surgery that he has been walking without any problems since the day of surgery. Dr Averill has called daily to check up and see how Sampson is doing. His concern his professionalism his bed side manner I am blessed to have had him do the surgery. If anyone ever needs to have surgery done on their fur babies I would only recommend him. The incision is so clean. Thank you doctor ..because of you I didn't have to loose someone else

We see Dr. Leuthy to monitor our cat's heart condition. He's an amazing doctor that takes the time to listen and is always compassionate.

Our 10 year old CKC came down with a grade 3 murmur. We had known that it is common for small dogs to have heart issues so we were prepared for a very sterile conversation about our dog. What we got was people who love dogs and take the time to explain ever minor question that you may have and deliver answers in a clear way. We will need to continue to bring Lola for annual check ups but their level of compassion makes it easier. Thank you
