we went with two of our furry babies to Dr. Sara Grogman and got the best treatment possible...fast, caring and effective. we are so grateful she took us on short notice as our Coco was not well...highly recommending Glencoe Animal hospital

Never used this practice. However, Dr. Libby McVey is incompetent and has moved from place to place during her years of practice, never staying at any one practice for more than a couple of years. She killed my dog at a previous practice and I have seen a review of yet a third place where a puppy was also killed by this so-called vet. I would never consider using any vet practice where she is employed.

Our menagerie has received care here for over 20 years. Every visit has been a great experience, from the team at reception to the vet assistants and technicians to the doctors!

I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional quality of service and care my pets have recieved for almost 2 decades. The staff is truly special and I couldn't ask for more.

I can not say enough positive things about Glencoe Animal from the doctors to every single staff member and technician they are wonderful kind and love everyone’s pets we feel so fortunate to be under their love and care Suzy and Athena the 12 year olds Shih tzu ( who gives them 100 paws vs just 10)

I drive an extra distance to go to Glencoe Animal Hospital. Their staff is amazing and I feel that our three furbabies are well taken care of. Bravo!

Really nice staff. Very clean facility

I took my Rufus pitbull lab here for all 12 years of his wonderful life. They always took care of him. He passed away couple weeks ago which is always difficult, but what I didn't expect was a letter in the mail from the staff giving me their well wishes. I just wanted to say thanks to the incredible staff for always taking care of Rufus when he needed his checkups. They didn't need to send a letter, but that just goes to show what kind of classy people they are!!

This place is unreal. I made an appointment, responded to the appointment reminder texts etc. And then I showed up on time, and they had me wait in the parking lot on a hot day with my dog (telling me the doctor will call me- because of their COVID protocol). This is all fine (I support the safety), but then then 30 minutes roll buy, and no call! My poor dog (who is terrified of the car) is overheating, and I have the air up full blast, and its only helping somewhat, and time just keeps ticking. Finally, they call, and tell me I have to come back in the morning! This is for a routine appointment, and they wasted my time (I had to take time from work/get a babysitter etc). They didn't plan ahead for difficult cases, or leave some flexibility with their vets so it became my problem. They seem to have lots of business so I doubt they care at all if they lose mine (they certainly had that attitude on the phone) but it really was a terrible experience for me, and for my poor dog. I have been going to vets for the past 40 years and have never had such poor service. Avoid at all costs.

Everything was great! Dr. Levin is always thorough and easy to communicate with.

I know my pet is always in good hands with Dr. Grogman and her staff. They always have her best interest at heart.

Great communications from staff and vets, and good Covid safety procedures.

Doctors are great here. However, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially Renee, who talked to me on the phone and did not care to help me with a simple form.

Glencoe were our last vet of 4 when our pup got poorly. Whilst he wasn't fixable, the staff there made him very hap and gave us a few extra weeks with him. We would use them again.

Dr Grogman is the best.

Our sweet little cat, Chessie, was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. The care she receives at Glencoe Animal Hospital is superlative. Every staff member is excellent, compassionate, and has been a great support in this difficult time.

The entire team of professionals here - from the compassionate yet efficient front desk, to the kind and gentle techs to the owner - Dr Sara Grogman - are truly amazing people. They care genuinely for their furry patients (and are quite patient and understanding of their owners). I cannot offer enough raves about this extraordinary practice group - smart, thoroughly knowledgeable, and aware of area specialists when appropriate.

The staff are always on their "A" game and have never failed to effectively answer any question I threw at them. My pooch loves coming here...

Dr. Levin is the best! He takes such great care of my dog and I highly recommend him! The office is also very nice and clean and the vet techs and support staff are all very nice. They truly care about your pet AND you!

Very thorough and caring. I used to think all vets were similar until I had a sick cat. They knew what was wrong and were able to advise me well, and give genuine sympathy when we had to put her down. I travel farther just to come here...and the cats are not quiet in the car:/

Always feel that they really care about our animals. Follow up and service exceptional. Nice renovation on there building as well.
