We took our kitten (Jackson) there and they completely missed several issues he had. We never got a call regarding stool sample results. So then we took him somewhere else the same month and he was diagnosed with a parasite, and eye infection!! Definitely sticking with the “somewhere else”

One of the best places to take your fury ones. We have a dog and a cat. They always get us in right away if we have an issue and always make sure we are up to date on the other stuff

The vets and techs are kind and polite. They treat your pets like they are their own. Petting and playing with them when they greet them.

They do everything possible to make your visit run smooth. They're very covid 19 conscious. They meet you in the parking lot take your pet in and bring it back out when completed.

Place is great, very friendly staff and the doctors are EXTREMELY knowledgable regarding the animals.

I took my dog there for an ear cleaning during the Pandemic. They brought my dog back to the car and my dog was traumatized. I was then informed that I owed over $400. I said, for an ear check? It was then explained to me that they took it upon themselves to add a vaccination, several lab tests and a fecal sample. I asked, why didn’t you call me for approval of services first. I was waiting in the parking lot. The staff was unprofessional and rude, as I explained I did not budget for this large amount of money and they then threatened me with collections. I asked to have the office manager call me to discuss what happened and I never received a call from the manager. You and your pet deserve better treatment than I received and my dog and I are much happier at our new veterinarian office.

Been going here for all my cats over 25 years, always have good experience, doctors are compassionate and very good at diagnosis.

This hospital told me to bring my dog to emergency hospital when my dog eat something and I had called in the morning on a week day when they opened and I have been going here for many years. But after they told me to take my dog emergency care because they don't have enough room for my dog on the schedule, I will be going somewhere else for vet care, because these people don't care about your pets. I would give this hospital zero stars if I could. Don't be fooled by the previous reviews.

They always take the best care of my dog. I always feel the prices are more than fair. Everybody there is loving and caring. I've never found any place as wonderful.

They always take care of my dog and treat her well. Very helpful over the phone. Were able to get my dog in for immunizations during the covid19 stay at home order. They also have some later appointment slots that work with my work schedule.

Called to make an appointment and had to wait a week for them to see my sick dog. You can't even go in with the dog. Lady on the phone was not sympathetic. I have been taking my dogs hear for over 20 years and there was no loyalty from the staff. She recommended I go somewhere else if I need my dog seen sooner. Wow!!! The doctors are very good and treat my dogs well why would I want to take an old dog somewhere else. I understand that things have changed with Covid now but empathy goes a long way.

Disappointed that Dr Orsi has not contacted me after the passing of my Charlie at home with us. Too much anesthesia was administered during a tooth extract. He had a heart murmur & I was told they would do a chest xray before the procedure - they did not! His heart stopped during & they had to give him a shot of epi. Sent him home with us & he did nit make it through the nite. My only comfort is he was home with us when he passed. *Update-it's been almost 6 months & still no caall from Dr Orsi! ????*

I have been bringing my pets here for over 25 years~ both cats and dogs. The staff and doctors are the best! Friendly, compassionate, helpful and the prices are so reasonable! Highly recommended!! I can't say enough about this facility.

Dr. Orsi is amazing! (All of the other doctors are too we have seen them a couple times when Dr. Orsi wasn’t available.) They are all very personable and very nice whenever we have concerns. We have a 1 year old Rottweiler who we love so so much and tend to worry about little things, but we email if we’re concerned and Dr. Orsi always responds within 24 hours. It is very nice that they give their email out, so you don’t have to come in if they don’t feel it is necessary! I have brought my dog in for reverse sneezing, but I didn’t know it was until Dr. Courtney told me. I came in because I was worried about his breathing but since the appointment was literally 5 seconds dr. Courtney didn’t charge me. They are such nice people and appreciate when you are caring for your animals and try to be as reasonable as possible!

I was helped very carefully with a team workers in a Wally s. auto Body Shop.This Was the best of my experiences with car repair and customer service.I am Very Thankful to everybody. For help and cooperation and will refer this Shop to any of my friends to use.Espesialy grateful to Mechaniks and a Desk manager for a wonderful service.
