My fur baby has been going to daycare and getting groomed at Yuppy Puppy for 4 years now. I am very happy and satisfied with the care and attention that he receives. He loves it and I have peace of mind knowing he is playing and having fun with the other dogs. Stephanie is the ultimate professional and business owner. I have watched her for 4 years grow her business, while not losing an ounce of empathy or love for her animals or customers. I appreciate that she expects the same level of professionalism and care from her staff. I do not know what I or my dog would do without Yuppy Puppy. It is a safe place for him to play and rest with his pack, while I am working! What a deal!! My hats off to Stephanie and crew on their success!

Called here close to 6 weeks ago looking to make an appointment for grooming for my new puppy. The receptionist who might have the owner said "they we're too busy during the holidays and that she would talk with her groomers and get back to me after the holidays" I waited patiently for 3 weeks just to never receive a call. I decided to call back just to talk with the same person who remembered me but again told me they we're too busy and to try back in 6 months one word unreal.... It's one thing to be inconsiderate to potential new customers but at least have the curiosity to call and say we can't help you. This goes without saying why do I even have to call we live in the 21st century offer an online booking system would make everyone's life easier. Will not being reaching out until they figure operations out. Don't waste your time if you a new customer.

Kayleigh did a great job on my shih tzu, who does not like to be groomed. I will be switching to Yuppy Puppy for all grooming needs.

Yorkie Chip loves yuppy puppy

My girlfriend and I have a 7 month old shih tzu yorkie mix that's always been very nervous about any type of grooming. Petco turned him away because he was too bitey, and my girlfriend and I struggled to keep him distracted during grooming at home. We decided to try Yuppy Puppy after hearing good things via word of mouth, and are very happy with the results! The groomers were professional and gentle, and even though our little Frodo was bitey there, too, they had the experience to handle him and complete the grooming. We will definitely be taking Frodo back to Yuppy Puppy with more frequency so he can learn that haircuts and baths aren't scary!

Donna does a terrific job! She is obviously very passionate about her work and she is flexible when scheduling. We've been taking our dog to her for 9 years.

Terrific experience for our pooches, who always look great and smell good after grooming - at least until they jump in the closest mud puddle! The dogs really like the treat packs they're sent home with, too... nice touch!

Quality facilities and kind caring groomers.

Yuppy Puppy has been our dog groomer for the last four years and they do a wonderful job. My dog is treated very well throughout the grooming day and they are by far the most flexible schedulers I have ever encountered. I cannot thank them enough for what they do.

Nicked my dog badly in several areas. We will NEVER go there again. They are very popular for sure. When I dropped my dog off, two were being groomed groomed already. They need to re-evaluate their groomers and cut down on their clients if they can't do a proper job.

I have a 10 month old medium-sized rescue dog (no idea what she is) with a thick coat that had never been groomed before. I researched (heavily) all the groomers in the area before I took her in. She was terrible about having us brush her and wouldn't let us anywhere near her nails. We made an appointment at Yuppy Puppy in North Liberty. I liked the cleanly appearance, their flexibility, and willingness to walk me through the process. The minute we got there our dog was SO excited! Both groomers (Donna & Breann) were incredibly friendly and seemed to really love what they did. Unlike other groomers, we were able to drop our dog off and pick her up later when we had time instead of sticking around while she was groomed or having to be there to pick her up as soon as she was done. Breann did an excellent job grooming my pup and now my puppy is so excited every time we go back. It is clear that the groomers here LOVE animals and I appreciate that they treat mine like they would their own. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Donna and her staff are so sweet! My dogs are right at home. I have been going to Yuppy Puppy Salon since 2004 and they love it. They are always so cute when we pick them up with their bandana's and bows. And always smell so good. I would recommend Yuppy Puppy to anyone who was looking for a VERY Good place to have their dog groomed.

I have taken my rough coat Collie Mac to many groomers in the area and where he has always looked his best was after he returned from Yuppy Puppy. The service is first rate and very friendly. I can honestly say that this is the only groomer that Mac actually will go in the door before I do. Mac gives it 5 bones!
