This vet is seriously great. They consistently went above and beyond, and were always so friendly too. They always made sure I got the supplies I needed to take care of my cat on time, and even helped me with transporting my cat to and from the office for blood-work. Can not thank them or recommend them enough

We found a starving stray kitten over the Fourth of July Weekend. So naturally I called the vet to get the little guy looked at and with it being a holiday weekend they were closed. I left a voicemail asking them to call me back as soon as they opened and why I was calling. They called me back first thing in the morning once they opened and squeezed us in. Everyone was friendly and helped me figure out how to take care of a kitten. We christened the new kitten Chester and they love him there. Really great place in an amazing "small town". Prompt. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Afforable. Highly recommend.

We have been going here for about a year now. We've always had pets so we have some prior experience with other vet offices for comparison. The care we have received for the three dogs we have taken there has been above and beyond. This is no criticism of our prior vet experiences, but with PHC we have always gotten unprompted follow up calls asking about our pets and how they're doing. That is exceptional and sets them apart from other vet offices. Communication has been excellent and they've been replied to emails and calls promptly. They're genuinely kind and caring staff and will treat your pets as if they were their own.

My cat told me it was like going to Disney world.

Dr. Beth is so good with my dog, I followed her from Coralville to Mt. Vernon. My dog loves the road trip and we get fantastic care of our furry friend.

Dr. Hinson and her staff have been nothing short of incredible. I switched to her clinic from a larger one in Cedar Rapids due to the hometown feel and personal attention. They follow up by both email and by phone after appointments to check on your pet(s) and for any questions you may have along with being accessible with any issues that pop up. It was the third vet I tried in Cedar Rapids and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
