Had an appointment for a yearly check up of my dog and they explained to my wife the cost would be $160 for the visit. At the appointment they keep asking non stop for other testing and I would say no. While my dog was in with the vet they called me again and asked for another test. I asked if it was for the blood work so my dog can continue his seizure medicine and they said it was. I said it was fine because my wife already called about it when the apt was setup. Turns out it was testing for something else and I was lied to and an additional charge of $198 was added to my bill. Somehow I walk out paying $380 for this appointment which was suppose to be $168. My wife called back about it and the staff was rude to her over the phone and said it was my fault because I said it was ok. We are no longer using this vet after 15 years of going and cancelled the other appointments for our other dogs.

I had a 10 a.m appointment. I was 15 min. early. I called the receptionist due to covid regulations. The receptionist took my phone number and said to wait in the car she also said I was early and there was two people ahead of me. I sat and waited for 1 hr. My dog had to pee. I took the dog around the building and came back only to see a lady that had just pulled up and they were taking her dog in. I called the receptionist and asked what was going on and that I've been waiting a hour and why was a lady that just pulled up getting in right away. Her reply was we came out and I was not in my car. I told her that the dog had to use the bathroom and why did she take my phone number if she wasn't gonna call me. Her reply was that I could reschedule if I wanted. Very unprofessional and careless attitude. Obviously they are overbooked and don't care if they get your business or not. They used to be good until 1 of the Dr's. left and now they are understaffed and the ones they have don't care too much about customer service. Definitely changing vets. The current vet is good but the staff sucks. Hopefully she reads her reviews before she starts losing all of her customers over unprofessional staff.

Always helpful, friendly & caring to my pet

We have taken both of our dogs as well as our cats here. Even though they are so busy they make it a point to not make you feel rushed during appointments and are so helpful explaining things. We especially love Dr. Sill!

I called today to get my St Bernard foot looked at he had an open wound bleeding. I was told he cant be seen for over a week. I said so i just let my dog have an open bleeding wound huh? She said, well call another vet. ???? i can't believe it. Been taking my dogs there 6 years now. No longer. They care about money not animals.

Once excellent. Now not e ough vets to service clients. Sorry had to change.too difficult to get service in timely way.

Dr. Sill is wonderful. She is always willing to listen and talk through any concerns. I know my pets are in great hands with her.

I am so sad to be moving out of state. I can only pray that we can find another vet as professional and caring as Dr. Sill. My little Sophie will miss you and your passionate team.

I have never been so disappointed with such service. We recently adopted a dog, we gave them the information we were provided to continue his care and make sure he is okay. They asked for more information, I explained this was all we were given. They demanded a birthday on the dog, again I explained he was a rescue. I told them I would request this from the rescue. They never addressed any of our questions pertaining to the dog. The staff seemed bipolar, one second they were nice the next they were rude. We will be finding somewhere else to go.

If you want to meet people who truly care about your animals, who are very highly skilled at their jobs, then you have to go here. There is no second guessing about these wonderful people and their talents when caring for your pets. We bring all our dogs here, and will continue to do so as long as we have pets. Which will be forever.

Dr.Sill is wonderful with our pets. My only complaint is it's hard to get in for an emergency.

Took my dog here for years and the vets were always so kind and caring. Prices were ok, but well worth it. I never felt like i was being oversold or pushed any services.

Had an appointment a very simple appointment for 1 year rabies shots for my pet they completely took advantage of my father-in-law who did me a favor by taking my pet there told him that my pet needed this and they needed that and charge him for all these unnecessary things that my pet wasn't due for and didn't need when I talk to the manager they were very unprofessional rude to me and told me that they would not be refunding the money then hung up on me. Do not text your business to the rascal veterinary clinic they just take advantage of whoever they can and then treats you nasty I will never give them any more business.

We love going to Roscoe Veterinary Clinic. Dr Sill is an absolutely wonderful, very caring and honest vet. She always takes her time with our pets and genuinely cares as she listens and responds to any questions or concerns we may have. Her staff is very friendly from the phone call and thru the end of the visit. We highly recommend her!

Just called to make a new puppy visit. The lady who answered was rude as all get out. Asked if I was an existing client, which I am. (Not after this experience), next question was, what vaccines has te puppy had? To which I answered, only wormed. She let me hear her shock, then said again, that's it!? To which I answered, well, isn't that what I'm trying to do here??! She replied, well typically they've had shots by now, (she didn't ask how old my puppy was) I'm like, what's the problem? If this a problem for you, I'll just go else where, to which she said ok!! ???????????? RUDE

Dr. Sills is the greatest caring veterinarian. She takes her time with you and the furry patient. Love her style.
