They take time to recognize the humans that go with every animal that goes in their doors. They have no issues answering any question (no matter how stupid you feel it is). Amazing people.

Upsells a lot and I personally didn't like the way they gave my dog shots. It was aggressive compared to the last vet.

This is the best place to bring your animal family member! Not only are they professional, caring, understanding but they are the best support system ever. They always have time to talk about your pet and answer any questions that you might have. I couldn't raise my animal family without them.

Such a wonderful place! This is the best possible place for your pets. My 10 year old dachshund (Jill) had a dental performed recently, and I was a worried mess because she is on the older side. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, and also answered all of my stupid questions. The staff treats every pet like their own, which is so fantastic. I even received texts updates about Jill's condition and how her surgery was progressing. I would give them a lot more stars if I could!!

If I could give them a million stars I would. We could not be more confident in the care provided by everyone at North Liberty Pet Clinic. The whole team is great. Dr. Shields is so caring and is definitely the best vet we have ever been to. I would recommend her to anyone.

We've never used this clinic before as we're originally from Des Moines. Then the time came when we had to put our best friend, Hwy, down. I've had her for 15 years and always hoped I'd be able to put my girl down at home, but as we all know life and loss are unexpected. We couldn't have had a better experience at North Liberty Pet Clinic. They were all kind and patient. From the phone call I cried through making the appointment to when we arrived in tears. We were able to love our little lady until she left us. And then today I get a letter in the mail from them. I never would have expected this. It made me cry all over again, but happy tears. So many people knew and love my Hwy girl and to know that this clinic would take the time to write such kind words. I can't even thank them enough. I will be putting this card, along with her adorable snout stamp, in Hwy's photo album so we can look back on all of her happy and sad memories. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion.

This was my first experience with this clinic and I was blown away by how helpful they were! Everyone was so knowledgeable and went beyond my expectations. My cat is usually nervous for vet appointments, but he really liked this place. I will definitely bring him back here again.

They were great with our dog and helping us get his vaccinations taken care of while also fixing his toes.

I have been taking my dogs since 2014. Always helpful friendly professional knowledgeable staff. These are my first dogs and the staff never make me feel silly for asking questions. The Doctors are always so kind and thorough . My Dogs are never scared to go and are happy to see everyone. Very happy with the healthcare my dogs get here.

They were efficient and honest with everything. I have NO complaints at all. They took care of my Diego and I'm so happy his allergies are clearing up.

They have taken great care of our dog that is now seventeen. By examining our dog they figured out she had ocpd and would non stop cough. After getting her the right medicine years ago she has been a happy dog ever since. Thank you.

We love North Liberty Pet Clinic and Dr Shannon! You can tell they just genuinely love the animals they care for. We have been going there with our dogs for over 15 years!

Dr. Shannon diagnosed my cats problem immediately and offered workable solutions. She's very smart, compassionate and the staff is always kind and helpful.

Since our first experience with the clinic in late December 2020, I have been so impressed with the entire clinic and staff. They are flexible with scheduling ensuring they can see pets in urgent need and maintain appointments for regular check-ups. They have put a lot of thought into COVID safety for their staff and patrons, I appreciate that so much! I'm so glad a friend recommended them and happy to pass on that recommendation!

Wonderful friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make my pet feel comfortable and I love the vets Dr. Shannon and Dr. Shields are top notch!

I recently started bringing my three cats to North Liberty Pet Clinic after moving from the Cedar Rapids area (I didn't want to subject them to a half hour-ish drive!), and was really pleased with my experience! I appreciate the precautions they are taking to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, including the option for a video visit. We had some technical snags getting the video call to work properly, but they were extremely helpful, patient, and apologetic (unnecessarily, technology can be a beast!) in getting things to work. After a brief chat with the doctor, the vet tech provided even more detail on the visit. She even grabbed their microchip scanner because I wasn't certain if one of my cats had been microchipped! Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Really enjoyed the visit - not sure the cats would say the same, but they DID love the treats!

When we moved back to Iowa, we toured several clinics to find one that we felt comfortable with. That was 16 years ago. We have welcomed new pets, nursed sick ones and shared in the loss of our beloved family members, both human and animal. North Liberty Pet Clinic staff has become part of our family. I recommend them ALL the time to new pet owners!

We always take our pets to North Liberty Pet Clinic because of the great care Dr. Shannon gives them. We schedule our appointments, and they are always ready for us when we arrive. Our last visit with our cat annual vaccinations took only 10 minutes. The care they gave our Jasmine was outstanding. My wife and me highly recommend this place!

Very detail oriented Courteous and prompt.

We took our cat here and not only do they allow the only person to do refunds to go home early, they don’t communicate with each other about payment. We set up a payment plan because we have a baby and they charged us the full amount. There was no one available to refund the money that we didn’t have in the first place, extremely unprofessional and irresponsible to run a business this way, especially charging that much money. Not ONLY that but when we went back to the same vet to get his staples out, he got an infection the day after, costing us more money. We won’t be returning to this vet, this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues.

They take time with you and your pet(s) and make sure you fully understand everything. Very compassionate & caring. Prices are reasonable. I wouldn't ever take any of my pets elsewhere.❤
