I’m been trying for almost a month to get an appointment for my cat, I did several phone calls and emails and never a call back or email back

Ellen was so patient and kind with me and all the phone tag we played regarding my buns spay. HIGHLY recommend.

I have been going to this place for 6 years but the last few times it has been horrible. I had tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment and no one returns phone calls so I drove there and Ellen who happens to be the President met me outside and asked if I had a appointment I told her no that I have been trying for 3 weeks she told me to be nice and that I had no idea what they go through in there and that I could go somewhere else! No who's being rude. If you can't handle your job find someone who can or maybe you should set up online appointments since you can not call anyone back.

This clinic was absoletely amazing. The receptionist is very responive. She was there to answer all my question/ I called alot and she was always great to andwer and informative. The staff took well care of my yorkie and treated her amaziing! enviromwnt was clean and prodeofeasional! i look forward to working with them in the future!

After reading these reviews, my suspicions were correct. Blonde lady is SO RUDE wow! I have never been given more attitude for no reason as a customer ever.

My wife called, left messages few times to have our puppy neutered, no one ever called back. We also scheduled teeth cleaning for our other dog about 3 years ago to be put on a waiting list, again no one called back till this day.

I am a first time dog owner. I enquired with my vet for neutering my 9 month old Corgi. Obviously they gave me a big budget. While I was searching for an affordable and professional place, I come across Fox Valley Animal Welfare League. At first I was skeptical about the quality of the service. So I read through many google reviews and found everyone is happy, except a few complaining mostly about they are not responding to their phone calls. I thought probably I won't get call back from them. With a doubt I left a message on their phone number as suggested by their website. My call was promptly returned on the same day and scheduled appointment. The person on other side was polite and answered all my naïve questions with patience. On surgery day everything went well. Staff was courteous, they called me after the procedure and explained how it went. When I picked up my dog in the evening, provided instructions. Next day I sent a query with picture of the affected area, I was promptly called back with the details. So I am glad I found this place for affordable and good quality neutering. My dog is recovering well so far. I would highly recommend this place.

My cousin and I are driving to Dekalb to get our kitten neutered even though we live less than two miles away from this clinic because they never answer the phone. And if they did call me back I did not get a voicemail. I have even offered to volunteer here online and also never gotten a call back. I have prior volunteer experience for years and a degree and lots of volunteer work on my resume. I have been here before with a previous organization and yes they are nice which is why I would love to volunteer here. Hopefully I am noticed and I get a call back :)

Unable to give a zero. This company is the WORST! Gave a review and was forced to take it down as they threatened the agency that I was fostering thru. After considering the fact that I have freedom of speech I resubmit my review and DARE THEM TO WITHHOLD THE HELP THEY WERE GIVING TO HEARTLAND. SHAME ON YOU. SOMEONE PLEASE SET HEARTLAND UP WITH A BETTER ORGANIZATION SO THAT FOX CAN NEVER BLACKMAIL THEM AGAIN. I have also contacted WGN news as this is a travesty and I have not been able to foster since nor heard from them ????since as they are afraid of retaliation from FVAW. I was never rude to anyone and the person in charge of the foster program was even confused by the woman's rudeness.

Every animal I have owned has been taken to this clinic. They offer a wide variety of services and are very thorough. Its a pretty long drive for me but it's soo worth it with the amount of money I save. They are extremely professional and have taken such good care of all of my animals. Highly recommend this place!

WOW WOW WOW! I absolutely love this place. We have 3 dogs, 2 rabbits, and 7 chinchillas so needless to say, we need to save money where we can. I recently took my bunnies in for a spay and the service was fantastic. The vet did a phone call consultation prior and informed me of things that my normal vet missed. The vet recommended only one of the buns be spayed because the other one was too fat and informed me of all possible complications. I could tell she had our best interest at heart. The surgery for the other bun went perfect and the place even did complementary nail trimming for both girls. The care package they sent home with us included clear instructions, extra pain meds, and extra towels for the carrier home. We will be bringing our other bun back once she slims down. The surgery for the one rabbit was $100. Let me tell you, if you go elsewhere in Chicagoland, it costs ~$700 for the spay surgery and $100 for the vet consultation prior. Save your money and rest easy with Fox Valley animal welfare league. We also take our dogs here.
