For over a year now our dog has received outstanding treatment from the caregivers who walk and play with our dog. We get reports and pics each day immediately after the walk / play time. These people love pets. The office support staff are incredibly efficient and helpful. A well run and highly reliable service. They send reminders about holidays when you may have accidentally scheduled service but might not need it, so you can cancel before being billed (6pm the night before). They allow late cancellations when there is a weather event that might prevent people from leaving the house. I'd recommend Floofins without hesitation.

We love Floofins and Co and the walkers. We have the same walker day to day for 2 a day walks. Always on time, always takes great care of our dog, and love the posts on what happened on the walk. They help bring in garbage cans and packages too! Great customer service and we've loved our experience across the board.

This service was perfect for us when we needed to be gone for a couple days and with no family around it is a great alternative to putting the dog in a kennel, especially for our emotionally damaged pound pooch. Never any issues, the text message check ins were a nice touch.

Floofins is the best! They take great care of your pet and home as if they were their own. You receive an email with a detailed report on how the visit went with pictures of your pet, which makes being away from them so much better. I absolutely love this company. When looking for someone to enter my home unsupervised and take care of my pet I took the process serious. I interviewed 4 companies and by far Floofins & Co was the best. They asked questions about taking my pet to the vet, if they could take the pet without asking to the vet if needed, they were concerned about water and electric shut off, and seemed to overall care about my pet. After each walk and visit a detailed report was given. No as we are further in technology I get pictures, emails, and notifications. I would definitely recommend this company. Kind, considerate, and passionate about the care of your pet and your home.

Celeste did a truly fantastic job for us while we were gone. Our cat requires fluid IV and a pill every other day that we administer but takes both of us to accomplish. Celeste did this several times by herself while we were on vacation. She gave us daily email updates with a picture. We were very pleased. We definitely will be using Floofins in the future. Very thorough and professional.

Floofins & Co. took great care of my four kitties while I was recently out of town! I am always nervous and missing them when I am away, especially as they have strict dietary needs, but our sitter, Liz, kept us in the loop with daily email updates and pictures. My mind was at ease the entire trip and I am so well pleased with the service. I never second-guessed my decision and the peace of mind I had made it very worthwhile. I will definitely use Floofins again and recommend them to all my friends!
