AMAZING! We switched when our other vet repeatedly couldn't get my sick animals in same day. Dr. Bleem is WONDERFUL! He really cared about my dog, and noticed things the other vet brushed off. He was careful about how many tests he ran so not to cost us too much money, while still not stopping until he got answers. I received a text message from his personal cell number at 8:30 at night checking in after my dog got IV fluids that day. By far the best vet care my animals have ever received!

I needed an emergency and they were there to help me and more in a timely manner. The staff and faculty just seemed like home from the moment I stepped into the office. ☺️☺️

Dr Bleem contacted me out of normal hours because I had left a question for him and he was very concerned so he got my cat in the next day instead of 8 days away. He treated him and told me in what circumstance I would need to return as his issue may not be resolved during that visit. All the staff are very kind and helpful and always have been. I would highly recommend them and I have used them for years.

Kruger veterinarians and tech are phenomenal. My first kitten has been in their facility so many times with numerous issues the first few months of his life! They are always so kind, thoughtful, and thorough in their work to ensure my kitten is healthy. What really solidified my confidence in their practice was last weekend my kitten jumped up on the counter and burned his paw on our stove, I panicked and called Kruger (which they closed in 20 min when I called) and they had a vet stay after hours to see my kitten’s paws. I’m so grateful they gave me peace of mind and pain killers for my little guy. Then the vet (who’s not my typical vet) texted me the next morning asking how my kitten was doing. I’m so grateful for their team, I trust them completely.

Bonnie Sue our fur baby had a seziure and we were from Brunswick, Georgia and staying here with family. They took us in as soon as I call and was very professional and they talk with my vet and work together. They sent me pictures on the 5th she had to go back today for more fluids and a ultrasound and they sent my another picture i thought that was so amazing how they keep you up of how you baby was doing. She goes back tomorrow for more fluids and we find out the results of her test results. We leave on Saturday and she has an appointment with my vet on Monday at 9am to continue the treatment. They are so awesome and they are the BEST!!!!!

The staff at Kruger was very welcoming (new patient after moving here) and was very quick to get me in for a potential emergency. Very helpful staff and talking to Dr Bleem was excellent and very informative. Very thankful for their service, expertise, and fast response time. Thanks again.

My dog just had to have some dental work done. All went great and everything was explained very thoroughly. I was also able to go over my dog's x-rays to review and possible issues in the future. Dusty was treated very well and is home recovering nicely after having a couple of teeth removed.

Amazing experience for new puppy owner

The doctors here are so heartfelt and knowledgeable. We've trusted Dr McAfee and Dr Bleem to care for our 19 year old cat (who's an absoluteb QUEEN, btw...) since she was a kitten. They always have her comfort in mind and explain the issues we're facing with empathy, competency, and all available options. The staff is made up of a group of extreme animal lovers. They always seem so happy to see our old girl.

We have been going to Kruger since we moved here 3 years ago. Great experience, always caring. The last year has been a challenge and at times they have been overloaded, but have always tried their best to keep service top notch.

The staff here are amazing. I see them care for so many patients and families with the utmost concern for the animals.

I have taken every dog I have had to Kruger Animal Hospital. Dr. Bleem is terrific. He treats every animal as if he/she were his own child and the owner with great respect. He tells you exactly what is going on with your dog and what is the best treatment. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else

We have been taking our pets here for 15 plus years,dr Bleem is second to none,saved one of our pupps that got parvo,they do all shots and boarding, all our pets need as they are important to us.Dr Bleem has called us several times over years to just put us at ease over pets conditions,and cried with me when we had to put down a loved dog

wish i would get such care at my own medical office....staff & Dr. Bleem very caring...knowledgeable, taking time to explain. only wish I were permitted to be in the room for the initial examination...better for my own education. I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea. Kathy Sheetz RN

I have 3 ferrets and would not go anywhere else but here. They have always been very helpful in diagnosing and treating my ferrets, and refer me to another specialist when they aren't 100% sure. They are very professional but also personable. Very honest and cares about all the animals that come there.

Dr. BERNARD BLEEM is the best Veterinarian!

I am somewhat unsure how to classify my experience. The staff are definitely nice and the entire visit was handled professionally, but I do not think it was the right fit for my pet of no fault of theirs. I brought my 2 year old male Argentine black and white tegu in for a check-up and to get any advice I could on a very late layer of shed covering most of his tail. Once he was in there with the vet for a bit, they called me to review my information. The first thing the vet asked was whether or not he was a tegu or a type of monitor… and that question is symptomatic of my larger point. The staff are clearly skilled, but my pet seems too exotic for their expertise. That is not their fault in any way, it is just a fact. Had I brought leopard gecko or bearded dragon like what most reptile keepers in town have, things may have been different. The end result was that they knew as little as I did about how to cure the shedding issue, but the overall check up was great and I am happy with my overall experience, I just wish I could have gotten more in-depth questions answered about my husbandry.
