My dogs LOVE going here to play! They burn so much energy that they sleep all night!

We had a GREAT experience! Our pups seemed to have a wonderful time. We’ve used other kennels in the area. No strong complaints against the others, but this was the best experience for our dogs. We boarded for 8 days. We have a 5 month old Aussie Doodle and a 2 year old German Shepherd. Usually when we have returned from a trip our dogs seem down n depressed for a few days. Not this time. They were as happy as could be. Loved it! Thank you to the staff! I would highly recommend!

Good place to work worth!

We left our puppy there with them for 10 days. When we got back, she seemed to like the staff there, and vice versa. However, a lot of her things were misplaced. It took them quite a while to locate them, and we still didn't get our measuring cup back that I'd included to measure out her food. To that end, I left her just enough food to get through the 10 days. We came back home with just about half the dry food left, and about 3/4 of the wet food containers were left. I wondered why it looked like she'd lost weight. I left instructions for her to be in doggy day care so she'd have company during the day. When I asked how she did in there, though, the woman seemed confused. I don't know if she actually got to go into doggy day care or not.

We never had a problem until the last time we boarded our pups in early June. Both came home with open sores on their pads, needing a vet visit which ended up costing more than the boarding fees. No offer of a credit or refund. When I messaged them I was told that they would pass on the information to the Manager but no one ever bothered to get back to me.

After several visits to this daycare I experienced very bad service because my vet could not fit me in for a vaccine apt. My dog was alittle behind on shots and was told to leave after I had a grooming apt the week b4. My vet told me they should be more understanding because of being behind due to covid problems. Never visit this place they dont listen or care about consumers. Groomers dont give good services and my dog was scratched by another dog. No apology was given just told dont come back here ever. Very bad‼

The owner is very nice and works with you personally if any issues arise. The groomer was very good and friendly. My dog Dexter looks great and smells great! Staff were friendly to us as well.

My dog had a great time at K-9 Country Club. This was his first time going to doggie daycare and it was a good experience for him to socialize with other dogs in a very nice, clean, and modern facility. The staff were very kind too.

We have taken our dog here for the past year. They have treated us so well! Our dog gets excited each morning when we ask her if she wants to go to daycare. I trust all the staff there to take care of our pup! It’s also so convenient to get her groomed when she’s already there. One less appointment you have to go to! I will always recommend them!

I am a very anxious dog owner and this is the only place I am comfortable with leaving my dog. He is very weird with strangers and the staff at K9 is very helpful and willing to work with him.

The staff is so friendly, caring, and easy to talk to. The grooming services are absolutely worth every penny and very well priced! We know our boys (even our shy one) are well taken care of because they sprint towards the car every time we say “daycare day!”

We bring our puggle here for doggy daycare and boarding. They are very caring, listen to your wishes, and I always have a happy dog when we pull in and when we leave!

I took my Border Collie here to be groomed and I will definitely be back. Dianne was able to get her in quickly and drop off was easy. I ran some errands and came back in about an hour and she was done. Prices are very reasonable and she got off lots of undercoat. I’m sure my pup feels so much better. Thank you Dianne!

The owner and employees. Are great with the animals. They are professional and flexible when problems arise like pick up times or drop off have to be changed.

No stars really. Made an appoint online to get dog groomed. Got in and they said the online site does not work. Could not groom the dog and seems the groomers are separate entities. They wasted my time don't let them waste your time absolutely not a place to take your business.

Dianne did a good job with my dogs but can be a bit rude, due to one incident that my dog had a nail bleeding in the car when i picked up and called back to ask what happened and why i wasnt told just to be careful, now dianne told us to take our dogs somewhere else, so i called K-9 country club to schedule a appointment with another groomer and i had a set date for aug.6 but now i got a call that they cant take my dogs either, which im sure its because of this one simple incident that happened with dianne. i don't usually write reviews but i would not recommend this place due to its unprofessional way they treat their customers.

My family has used K9 for boarding, day care, and classes over the years and have been treated like family. Nothing but good things said and would refer anyone looking to take care of their little ones!
