Prices are ridiculously high compared to other pet stores and online. Black Friday deals were about 50% Off which puts it at a more normal price but but only for Pet Perks Members. Instead of buying everything I needed for my new dog (bed, bags, collar, leash, shampoo, snacks, food, crate, etc) I only bought one antler and a brush to not waste the trip, but I will instead shop locally at Pet Supplies Plus due to their reasonable prices. For the price difference of your bed I will get half of my list covered.

Javier was very helpful with our fish purchase. He was very informative and gave us everything we needed with our purchase. Store prices are decent and they match with their website.

Awesome staff brought my cat to take pictures with Santa ???? and he did well. The women in the blue shirt was very kind and helpful with setting me up with my cat to get his pictures taken.

It's a store of imagination and lots of love from the cute little lizards and hamsters with there mouths so stuffed with food that when they look at you with there tiny little eyes your heart melts to buy one. I mean whatever you they have. I'm sure you will find your companion ther they have it all. Cats,birds,spiders you name it they have it .

Clean covid safe pet shop! Does not smell of animals or animal waste. Very helpful staff. Large variety of dog/cat/rabbit/ Guinea pig/ fish food,mantaintence supplies,toys, and treats. They even have a large variety of Halloween costumes for your pets. It's a one stop shopping store for all your pets needs. Prices are reasonable.

While it was clean and they had a decent selection of cars for adoption, they seemed to lack a nice selection of tanks for both fish and reptiles/amohibians

This is a good store for buying pet supplies, they have just about everything. However, If you are planning on buying a pet please go somewhere else. I've been a loyal customer since 2012- and in that time til now I have purchased some pets from petsmart and from what I've gathered, the employees don't know the care of these animals. I'll give an example, I purchased a hamster once and bought a large tank for it to live in and had a mesh lid ready for it at home. This technique of housing is approved by vets and enthusiasts like myself. I had the manager and two employees refuse to sell me the hamster in this, and instead tried pushing me to buy the critter trail cage, which is inhumanely small and not recommended at all by exotic vets. Secondly, when I went to purchase a cage for an arboreal tropical lizard, the crested gecko- the employee tried to convince me to buy a cage made for a leopard gecko, a land desert reptile. I've had many more instances but thankfully for myself, I knew better. Others don't- so do better.

Very nice store. I bought my cockatiel back in 2007 from this store. They associates who work there are so nice and helpful. Will definitely be back
